Renan Luce is a French singer-songwriter from Paris. His songs are inspired by the 20th-century singer Georges Brassens and depict everyday life with a dose of humour and poetry. He is the voice of Wirt in the French dub of Over the Garden Wall; this is also his only acting role.

Arman Méliès fait ses débuts dans le groupe de Hardcore Pro Rata Temporis formé en 1992 avant de cofonder eNola, à la guitare et au chant. Gaëtan Roussel (born 13 October 1972 Rodez, Aveyron, Occitanie) is a French singer, songwriter and composer. Roussel is the former lead vocalist for the bands, Louise Attaque and Tarmac.

Mademoiselle K is a four-person French rock band currently signed with EMI, as of July 2007. The band takes its name from its leader, Katerine Gierak, and so the K is for Katerine.

At age four she had decided to take music as her only path when she saw a guitarist in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris. Her mother then signed her up for early music classes when she was five years old. She said in an interview that she had wanted to learn the piano, but since she and her family couldn't afford one and also didn't have the room for a piano, she instead learned the recorder.

At about the same time she had also started studying music including scales, rests and other music theory. In her school she had met a music teacher of the name Annick Chatreux. According to Mademoiselle K, Annick explained to her that there are no barriers between music based on genres, and that music was simply music. This advice helped Mademoiselle K to be open to all types of music including jazz, classical etc.

Damien Saez (French pronunciation: ​[damjɛ̃ ˈsɛz]; born August 1, 1977) or just Saez, is a French singer-songwriter and musician.

Damien Saez was born in Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne, Savoie, on 1 August 1977, where he lived until the age of three or four years before his family moved to Marseille. Saez spent most of his childhood in Marseille until he moved to Dijon when he was about eight years old, where he was raised by his Algerian mother, after she divorced her Andalusian husband. Later, she met a director of documentaries who worked for the French channel 'France 3' and gave birth to Damien's two younger brothers.

At the age of eight, Saez started taking piano lessons with Boris Nedeltchev at the Conservatoire National de Région de Dijon and graduated nine years later. He then took an interest in playing the guitar. His career as a singer began in 1995 when he let his interest in writing come out. He stopped playing in bands that sang covers of more famous bands like Pink Floyd. He wanted to work on his own songs that he had written and try to attract a new audience.

Cocoon is a French pop-folk band from Clermont-Ferrand (France) that sings in English. It was created in 2006 by Mark Daumail (born 6 December 1984), alongside Morgane Imbeaud. They released the albums My Friends all Died in a Plane Crash in 2007 and Where the Oceans End in 2010, which were defined by dual lead vocals from both, and by its coupling of mostly upbeat-sounding music and very dark lyrics.

Cocoon entered a hiatus in 2011. Daumail then tried to reunite with Imbeaud, but she was busy with other projects and felt that the new songs were Daumail's but not hers, and encouraged him to make the next album alone. The album, Welcome Home, was released in 2016.

The band's first album, My Friends all Died in a Plane Crash, was released on 22 October 2007. It proved to be an international commercial and critical success selling over 150,000 copies and certified platinum in France.

Michaela Maree Gehrmann (born 28 June 1984), who performs as Micky Green, is an Australian-born blues and pop singer-songwriter. Green left home at the age of 18 years to work in modelling but has mainly concentrated on her music career. At the age of 21 Green relocated to Paris, France. Her debut album White T-Shirt was released there on 27 August 2007, which peaked at No. 12 on the French Albums Chart. Her second album, Honky Tonk, appeared on 18 January 2010, and reached the top 40. Her most popular single, "Oh!", was issued in May 2008 and peaked at No. 12 on the French Singles Chart. As a model Green has worked for Christian Dior and Diesel but by 2010 she had "all but quit modelling".

Diving with Andy est un groupe français d'expression anglaise formé en 2003 entre Paris et Londres. Le groupe est composé à l'origine de Juliette Paquereau, Rémy Galichet et de Julien Perraudeau. Le nom du groupe a pour origine le titre de la nouvelle Riding with Andy, tirée du recueil True Tales of American Life édité par Paul Auster.

Juliette Paquereau et Rémy Galichet se rencontrent en vacances à la fin des années 1990. Épris de pop anglaise, ils n’ont cessé dès lors de dialoguer musicalement. Il existe un enregistrement inédit d’un EP intitulé Wing and a Prayer (1999), autour de compositions de Rémy Galichet et John Cox, guitariste irlandais ayant collaboré avec Van Morrison. Christophe Miossec is a French singer and songwriter born in Brest, Brittany, France on December 24, 1964.

Noir Désir (French pronunciation: ​[nwaʁ deziʁ], "Black Desire") was a French rock band from Bordeaux. They were active during the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s, and have had two albums certified double platinum in France and three certified gold. They have been an influence on numerous French musicians including Cali, Louise Attaque and Miossec. While active, the band consisted of Bertrand Cantat (vocals, guitar), Serge Teyssot-Gay (guitar), Jean-Paul Roy (bass guitar) and Denis Barthe (drums).

Bertrand Cantat and Serge Teyssot-Gay met in 1980 at secondary school after Cantat moved to Bordeaux from his hometown in Normandy; Teyssot-Gay was 17 years old and Cantat 16. The two teenagers shared a love of music, particularly Led Zeppelin and The Who, so they decided to form a band. Teyssot-Gay had a strong musical background and a decade's worth of training in classical guitar; Cantat, who could not play any instrument at the time, became the singer. While on summer vacation they met Denis Barthe, who shared their passion for music and agreed to play drums for the band, though he had never played them before and learned on the fly.

Maxime Rodolphe Nouchy, known as Maxim Nucci and Yodelice (born 23 February 1979 in Créteil), is a French singer-songwriter who performs in English. He has released five albums as of 2014: "Maxim Nucci" (2006), Tree of Life (2009), Cardioid (2010), "Square Eyes" (2013) and "Like a Million Dreams" (2014). The songs belong to folk, rock and pop music. He is also known for his acting performance in Guillaume Canet's film Little White Lies (French title: Les Petits Mouchoirs) with Marion Cotillard in 2010. The song "Talk to me" was featured.

Maxim Nucci was born in Créteil, an eastern suburb of Paris, on 23 February 1979. He entered the conservatory of music at the age of six, and learned to play the piano and the guitar. When he was 15, he began to attend classes at the Musician Institute of London. After graduation, he became the youngest teacher of the academy in 1994.

Robin Coudert (born 15 May 1978), also known by his stage name ROB, is a French pop/rock musician, singer-songwriter, producer and film score composer.

Born in Caen, Robin Coudert, alias ROB, is a musician, author, singer, composer, producer. He began learning music with the classical trumpet at the age of 8, and continued his instruction with the synthesizer and the piano, and thus created his first electronic compositions at the age of 10.

Rob discovered performing with a heavy-metal band at 14, then a funk band at 16.

Along with his musical experiences, he entered the Beaux-Arts in Paris in 1996, where he joined the studio of the painter Vladimir Velickovic.

However, it was the Source label that spotted Rob, presented by his friends from the band Phoenix. In 1998, he participated in the Source Rocks compilation, from which his first EP, "Musique pour un enfant jouet", was extracted. In 2001, Source released his first album "Don't Kill", followed by "Satyred Love" in 2002. During the production of these, he met the sound engineer Jack Lahana, with whom he continued for all of his works.
