A medical drama based in the pediatrics department. This drama will draw the story of a young man, Park Shi-on with Idiot Savant Syndrome who overcomes obstacles to become a pediatric surgeon. He is a pediatrician who despite his developmental disabilities is a medical genius. He is a gifted doctor but has trouble with other areas of his life, such as relating to people socially. Meanwhile, Cha Yoon-seo is a pediatric surgical fellow and Kim Do-han is the best pediatric surgeons in Korea. He will finds himself frequently in confrontation with Park Shi-on.

It's Christmas-time and klutzy Kim Sam-Soon is nearly thirty years old, overweight, dumped by her cheating boyfriend, and out of work. After an embarrassing first meeting with arrogant restaurant-owner Hyeon Jin-Heon, she is employed as a pastry chef. Sam-Soon and her younger employer are equally stubborn and opinionated. The pair often argue, but Jin-Heon asks her to pretend to be his girlfriend when he wants to avoid his family's matchmaking. Things get more complicated when Yu Hee-Jin --the pretty ex-girlfriend Jin-Heon still pines for, returns from America with handsome Dr. Henry Kim.
