A city girl is traveling by train to live with her boyfriend on his vineyard. Unknown to her that workers on her boyfriend's farm has gotten sick due to pesticides. After her fellow commuter is killed by a man with ulcers on his face, she leaves the train by pulling the emergency break n flees to a village for help but gets shocked to find that the village people has turned into crazy lunatics.

Dr. John Holden ventures to London to attend a paranormal psychology symposium with the intention to expose devil cult leader Julian Karswell. Holden is a skeptic and does not believe in Karswell's power. Nonetheless, he accepts an invitation to stay at Karswell's estate, along with Joanna Harrington, niece of Holden's confidant who was electrocuted in a bizarre automobile accident. Karswell secretly slips a parchment into Holden's papers that might possibly be a death curse. Recurring strange events finally strike fear into Holden, who believes that his only hope is to pass the parchment back to Karswell to break the demonic curse.

Not everyone is happy about the will, but they would have to get past the cats to get the the will. The second story is a tale of black magic between two girls and the third story is a tale of murderous revenge - by a cat.

The storyline of this movie involves a series of motiveless murders committed by various New York residents: a sniper shoots people from a water tower; a father murders his entire family; and a cop opens fire during a St. Patrick's Day parade.
