Poor little Squee LOLSquee is a nervous little boy who lives in a frightening world. He is plagued by pretty much everything including strange adults, aliens from another world, and the crazy homicidal maniac who lives next door. 

The Gashlycrumb Tinies: or, After the Outing is an abecedarian book written by Edward Gorey that was first published in 1963. Gorey tells the tale of 26 children (each representing a letter of the alphabet) and their untimely deaths in rhyming dactylic couplets, accompanied by the author's distinctive black and white illustrations. It is one of Edward Gorey's best-known books, and is the most notorious amongst his roughly half-dozen mock alphabets.[2] It has been described as a "sarcastic rebellion against a view of childhood that is sunny, idyllic, and instructive". The morbid humor of the book comes in part from the mundane ways in which children die, such as falling down the stairs or choking on a peach. Far from illustrating the dramatic and fantastical childhood nightmares, these scenarios instead poke fun at the banal paranoias that come as a part of parenting.

Sora is briefly reunited with Riku, but Riku is none too happy that Sora has found new companions. Plus what are these new powers Riku is showing and why is he at Maleficent’s side?Readers get to meet some of the villains scheming behind the Heartless. Maleficent appears to be the one executing ‘the plan’ and making sure the others fall in line with kidnapping and collecting girls from various worlds. Plus she appears to have plans for Riku as well. Jafar and Hades are revealed as two of the schemers, although more interested in power on their own worlds than the plan. Sora, Donald, and Goofy end up crossing them or being used by them in two more worlds based on Disney movies the travelers find themselves in. The three of them meet Aladdin, the genie, Abu, and Jasmine on one, once more encountering the ‘plan’ and the events unfolding around it. Afterwards they end up fighting in the arena and meeting Hercules, encountering a keyhole, finding Heartless to fight, along with Cloud of Final Fantasy. The main story is followed up by some omake to keep things from getting too heavy. I didn’t enjoy the story in this volume as much as I did Book 1, but it was fun. I was a little disappointed in Riku’s return, that it wasn’t more mysterious. The Aladdin story was a bit of a let down, too, glossing over certain details which would have been fun to have seen flushed out. Even so, the plot kept me hooked, making me want to keep reading.

Four middle-aged men decide to take a road trip from Cincinnati to the Pacific in order to get away from their lives which are leading them nowhere. Set at the turn of the century, this is the tale of Ellen Rimbauer who just received this mysterious mansion as a wedding gift from her new husband. Her husband is a Seattle oil tycoon who has a dark past which Ellen eventually finds out about. She becomes fearful of her husband when she learns of some disappearances of people that were close to him. Also there are some unexplained happenings at the Rose Red Mansion that might have a connection to these people who have disappeared. Now Ellen is worried she might be next.

Undercover F.B.I. Agent Gracie Hart shows no signs of having any femininity in her demeanor or appearance. Generally a bright and capable Agent, she is in trouble at work when she makes an error in judgment in a case which results in a near disaster. As such, one of her by-the-books colleagues, Eric Matthews, who has never shown any inclination of thinking outside the box, is assigned to lead the high profile case of a terrorist coined The Citizen instead of her, while she is facing possible disciplinary action. As Gracie proceeds in the transformation, she gets to know the other contestants, not only as potential criminals, but also as real people. She also discovers that another sinister element is present at the pageant. She will do whatever it takes to quash that element and protect her new friends, namely the other innocent contestants. But now displaying some femininity, Gracie begins to have more womanly feelings, and in turn, attracts the attention of men, one in particular about whom she is happy.

Gadget is put on notice - any more mistakes and he is on probation. Meanwhile, in the dead of night, and in a raging storm, something happens that will change Gadget's destiny forever - his arch enemy, his nemesis, Claw makes a daring escape from Riverton Prison.
