Based off of the video game, on an island off the coast of Japan, Ryu, a martial artist, was given an invitation and some American money from his friend Ken Masters, telling him to come to the United States. Ryu arrives in San Francisco and Ken picks him up from the airport. Only to find out that Ken is rich and a defined martial artist himself. One night both Ryu and Ken were out scouting San Francisco for bars. Then, Ken flirts with somebody's girlfriend and gets into a fight. Ken has defeated the person. Only to find out that it was a partner of Air force pilot Guile. Ryu fights him, but was defeated easily. Ken then finds Guile and was too defeated. Ken then realizes that guile was a fighter of thew likes that Ryu and Ken has not seen before, Guile was a Street Fighter. So, both Ryu and Ken decided to set out to the world to learn the ways of the street fighter. Then, they get tangled up into a conspiracy involving a criminal organization.

Computer geek Dexter Douglas (David Haufman) turns into uncontrollable, unpredictable superhero Freakazoid (Paul Rugg), who dons red long underwear, blue skin, and weird hair. The transformation occurs while Dexter surfs on the internet. As a superhero, he fights crime whenever he sees it perpetrated by goofy villains, with his friends Steff (Tracy Rowe) and Sergeant Mike Cosgrove (Edward Asner).

Comic tales of a group of good friends, four boys and two girls, during breaks in primary school, as they grow up, relate to each other, and have brushes with authority.

Rocko is a wallaby who has emmigrated to America from Australia. He lives in O Town and tries to get through life but, of course, comes across a multitude of dilemmas and misadventures he must get through. Other characters include Rocko's best friend, Heffer, a steer who has been raised by wolves, Filbert, an easily upset turtle, and Ed Bighead who detests Rocko and hates having him for a next door neighbor. On this show, Rocko has such adventures as trying to adapt to a new vacuum cleaner, having Heffer move in temporarily after his parents kick him out, and going to a movie theater.

The show takes us through the struggles of life as a child monster. Three monster friends are studying how to scare humans in school. Often, their attempts don't work out as planned.

Rugrats is a show about 4 babies, Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, and Phil and Lil Deville. As we see their lives unravel, we get to hear them talk. On the sidelines are Tommy's mean cousin Angelica, their friend Susie Carmichael (same age as Angelica), and everybody's parents.

An intense, hyperactive chihuahua (Is there any other kind?) and a happy-go-lucky, empty-brained cat share bizarre and often repulsive adventures. Their experiences usually involve hairballs, filthy litterboxes, "magic nose goblins", sentient farts, jars of spit, outhouses, eating dirt, monkey vermin and any other imaginable disgusting substance.

Maxwell Smart is a bumbling secret agent, assigned by his "Chief" to foil KAOS' latest plans for taking over the world. Invariably, Smart's bumbling detective style lands him in hot water. Lucky for him, his faithful assistant "99" is there to bail him out.

This casts key characters from The Jungle Book (1967) into a 1930s pacific setting where Baloo is a bush pilot who finds himself as part of a struggling courier company.

Bumbling Inspector Gadget battles the forces of M.A.D. with the aid of the various gadgets he has on his person: pop-up rollerskates, extensible arms, a helicopter-hat, etc. Despite the arsenal at his disposal (which is just as likely to misfire as work properly), Gadget never seems to be able to catch Dr. Claw, the mastermind behind M.A.D. Quite often, in fact, any success that Gadget might have is often caused by his niece Penny and her dog, who Gadget consistently fails to recognize as working incognito on the case.

The kidnapped daughter of Queen Marlena and King Randor of Eternia (characters from He-Man and the Masters of the Universe), Princess Adora grew up on Etheria. There, she lead an evil army until the day her long-lost twin brother, Prince Adam (He-Man), came to tell her who she really was. As her alter ego, She-Ra, the princess protects Etheria by fighting the forces she once worked for.

Jackie Chan, an amateur archelogist, would prefer to quietly do his work for the local university, but fate has dealt another hand. In the struggle ahead, Jim and his friends will discover enemies and friends where they least expect them as their shadow war draws ever greater danger and complications into all their lives.

Together with his friends, (such as Teela; her father, a man-at-arms; mysterious Orko and his mighty friend/horse substitute Battle Cat), He-Man battles the evil Skeletor and his minions for control of the world, and, more importantly, for the control, power and "honor of Greyskull," the mysterious castle from which He-Man derives his powers.
