Jesse Robinson, better known by his stage name Nacho Picasso, is an American rapper born in San Francisco, California and raised in Seattle, Washington. He is a member of the Moor Gang rap collective. He has notably released several collaborative albums with Blue Sky Black Death. The Seattle Times has described him as "our new anti-hero: a party-hardy street-boss misogynist, whose songs are full of dark humor."

K.I.D.S. (backronym for Kickin' Incredibly Dope Shit) is the fourth mixtape by American rapper Mac Miller. It was released by Rostrum Records on August 13, 2010, through DatPiff. The title is a reference to the 1995 film Kids, which is quoted throughout the mixtape. It was later commercially released on April 29, 2020. A deluxe version was released on its 10th anniversary and includes two new tracks.

Seven songs from K.I.D.S. had music videos created for them: "Nikes On My Feet", "Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza", "Knock Knock", "Senior Skip Day", "La La La La", "Traffic In The Sky", and "Don't Mind If I Do". The videos for "Nikes on My Feet" and "Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza" were both heavily played on YouTube, reaching over 50 million views each. Both songs featured prominent classic hip-hop samples, from Q-Tip's remix of Nas' "The World Is Yours" and Lord Finesse's "Hip 2 Da Game", respectively. In July 2012, Finesse filed a $10 million lawsuit against Miller, Rostrum and DatPiff for use of the sample. The lawsuit was settled out of court in December 2012, with its stipulations kept confidential.

American singer-songwriter JoJo has released five studio albums, two mixtapes, three extended play (EP), two re-recordings, twenty singles, fifteen promotional singles and 34 music videos. After JoJo competed on the television show America's Most Talented Kids she signed a seven-album record deal with Blackground Records in 2003 and released her eponymous debut album the following year at the age of 13.

Mark Anthony Battles (born September 2, 1991) is an American rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur and producer from Indianapolis, Indiana. Battles is the founder of Fly America, an independent hip hop record label.

In 2012, Battles released his first mixtape Walking Distance and gained online recognition for his song "Last Night", which placed second on MTVu and was later remixed by Kid Ink. In 2017 Battles released a project titled “Day 2” which featured artists such as Brittani Jenae and Tory Lanez. The following year in 2018, Battles released a project titled “Vasi World” that he admits was not his best effort despite overwhelming positive feedback. And most recently he has released a project titlled “Fortunate” which consists of zero features and his second most commercially successful song, “Numb.”

Brandon Perry, better known as K.A.A.N., is an American rapper from Maryland. He is best known for his fast-rhyming Chopper style, breathless-style, vast vocabulary, and cynical lyrics based on mental health issues, abuse, politics, and religion.

Russell James Vitale better known as Russ is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter. After years of releasing albums, mixtapes and singles for free online, Russ released his twelfth studio album, There's Really a Wolf, in May 2017 with Columbia Records; it was certified Platinum in April 2018. His first hit singles came from the album and were: "What They Want", "Losin Control" and "Best on Earth", peaking respectively at number 83, 63, and 46 on the US Billboard Hot 100. His thirteenth album, Zoo, was released on September 7, 2018, and peaked at number 4 on the US Billboard 200. His fourteenth studio album, Shake the Snow Globe, was released on January 31, 2020, also peaking at number 4 on the US Billboard 200. Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30, 1992), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. His stage name is the namesake of a favorite uncle combined with the first name of one of his inspirations, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).

Kyle Thomas Harvey (born May 18, 1993), known mononymously as Kyle and SuperDuperKyle (formerly known as K.i.D, an acronym for Kyle is Determined), is an American rapper from Ventura, California. He is best known for his 2016 breakout single "iSpy" (featuring Lil Yachty), which peaked at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Signed to Indie-Pop and Atlantic Records, Kyle is also known for his association with the SuperDuperCrew which consists of Brick, Jesus, and Maxx.

Kyle has collaborated with artists such as Waywo, Kehlani, Lil Yachty, G-Eazy, Chance the Rapper, Miguel, MadeinTYO, Yuna, and Ty Dolla Sign, among others. Some of his songs in addition to "iSpy" include "Keep It Real", "Doubt It", "King Wavy", and his 2018 hit single "Playinwitme". In 2015, Rolling Stone named him as "one of the ten artists you need to know".

Quincy Matthew Hanley, better known by his stage name Schoolboy Q, is an American rapper. In 2009, Hanley signed to Carson-based independent record label Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE) and in late 2011, secured a recording contract with major label Interscope Records. Hanley is also a member of the hip-hop supergroup Black Hippy, alongside label-mates and fellow California-based rappers Ab-Soul, Jay Rock, and Kendrick Lamar.

Gerald Earl Gillum (born May 24, 1989), better known by his stage name G-Eazy, is an American rapper. His first major-label album, These Things Happen, was released on June 23, 2014, and peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard 200. It featured the single "I Mean It", which reached number 98 on the Billboard Hot 100. His second studio album, When It's Dark Out, was released on December 4, 2015, and peaked at number 5 on the US Billboard 200. It featured the single "Me, Myself & I" (with Bebe Rexha), which reached number 7 of the US Billboard Hot 100.

His third album, The Beautiful & Damned, was released on December 15, 2017, and peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard 200. It featured the single "No Limit" (featuring Cardi B and ASAP Rocky), which reached number 4 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

La'Reonte Wright (born November 26, 1990), known professionally as Dizzy Wright, is an American rapper and record producer.

In December 2011, Wright signed to rapper Hopsin's independent record label, Funk Volume. After signing, he released his debut studio album SmokeOut Conversations in April 2012. He followed that with The First Agreement in December of that year, and then a mixtape The Golden Age in August 2013. Following touring with Hopsin in early 2014, Dizzy Wright released State of Mind, an EP that would peak at number 54 on the Billboard 200. On May 22, 2015, he released his second studio album The Growing Process which peaked at number 47 on the Billboard 200.

Wright looked up to Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, of which his uncles Layzie Bone and Flesh-N-Bone are members. At the age of four he moved with his mom and siblings to Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2010, he also appeared on 106 & Park's Wild Out Wednesday, as Dizzy D Flashy.

The HBK Gang, also known as The Heartbreak Gang, is an American hip hop record production collective based in Hercules, California, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded by Iamsu!, Chief and P-Lo in 2008, members also include Sage the Gemini, Skipper, CJ, Rossi, Dave Steezy, Jay Ant, Kool John and Kehlani. After contributing to various mixtapes and Iamsu's Kilt II in 2013, in August of that year the group released their debut mixtape Gang Forever. HBK Gang Records is the name of an associated independent record label.

The hip-hop collective HBK Gang, also known as the Heartbreak Gang, is primarily composed of friends who met while attending high-school in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically Pinole. They founded the collective in 2008 while still in school, and members as of 2013 include Iamsu!, Kool John, P-Lo, Sage the Gemini, Skipper (or $kip), CJ, singer Rossi, Dave Steezy and Jay Ant, with rapper Iamsu! first starting to found and organize the group in 2011.

Robert Rihmeek Williams, known professionally as Meek Mill, is an American rapper. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he embarked on his music career as a battle rapper, and later formed a short-lived rap group, The Bloodhoundz. In 2008, Atlanta-based rapper T.I. signed Meek Mill to his first record deal. In February 2011, after leaving Grand Hustle Records, Mill signed with Miami-based rapper Rick Ross's Maybach Music Group (MMG). Mill's debut album, Dreams and Nightmares, was released in 2012 under MMG and Warner Bros. Records. The album, preceded by the lead single "Amen", peaked at number two on the U.S. Billboard 200.

Rakim Athelaston Mayers, known professionally as ASAP Rocky, is an American rapper, record producer, and record executive. Born and raised in Harlem, he embarked on his musical career as a member of the hip hop collective ASAP Mob, from which he adopted his moniker. In August 2011, Rocky's single "Peso" was leaked online and within weeks began receiving radio airplay. Rocky released his debut mixtape Live. Love. A$AP, later that year to widespread critical acclaim. The success of what is considered his breakout project led to a joint venture record deal with Polo Grounds Music and Sony Music's RCA Records.

Aaron Hoffman (born August 16, 1985), better known by his stage name SonReal, is a Canadian singer, rapper, and songwriter signed to the Black Box Recordings record label.

SonReal began his career in 2006 with the release of "Trapped in the Streets" (2006), followed by a series of mixtapes he recorded while living in Vancouver, BC. These included: Good Morning (2008), The Stroll (2009),The Lightyear Mixtape (2010), Where's Waldo (2010), Words I Said (2012), Good News (2012), and One Long Day (2014).
