Kathryn Felicia Day is an American actress, writer, and web series creator. She is the creator and star of the web series The Guild (2007–2013), a show loosely based on her life as a gamer. She also wrote and starred in the Dragon Age web series Dragon Age: Redemption (2011). She is a founder of the online media company Geek & Sundry, best known for hosting the show Critical Role between 2015 and 2019. Day was a member of the board of directors of the International Academy of Web Television from December 2009 until August 2012.

Produced by Monkey Massacre Productions and Levy's 21 Laps Entertainment, the first season was released on Netflix on July 15, 2016. Its second, third, and fourth seasons followed in October 2017, July 2019, and May and July 2022, respectively. In February 2022, it was renewed for a fifth and final season.

Bald Move was founded by longtime friends Peter Street, A. Ron Hubbard and Jim Jones. Hubbard's wife, Cecily Hubbard, is a regular co-host. All 3 founding members are former Jehovah's Witnesses. Street exited the business after a disagreement with Hubbard regarding the direction of the company. Jones, who had started podcasting with Street years before Hubbard joined the group, sided with Hubbard after Street began showing up late for recording sessions.
