Holy Mountain is a psychedelic rock band from Glasgow, Scotland, comprising Andy McGlone, Pete Flett (drums) and Allan Stewart (Idlewild/Desalvo). The band is currently signed to Chemikal Underground Records.

J-Walk (Hangul: 제이워크) is a South Korean musical duo formed by two Sechs Kies members. As of 2016, they are under YG Entertainment after reunited with their group Sechs Kies in the label.

After Sechskies had disbanded in 2000, 2 years later, Kim Jaeduck and Jang Suwon formed a duet under Kiss Entertainment, releasing two albums in 2002. Their debut hit "Suddenly" was very popular among fans, and it went as high as No. 2 on the music charts. However, their follow up album "Someday" was not as successful. They won SBS Gayo Daejeon Popularity Award with former Sechs Kies member Kang Sunghun in 2002.

there were talks of releasing a third album for J-Walk. In 2007, they signed with Vitamin Entertainment and released first mini albums Sun Shower(여우비)after a five-year hiatus. They held a showcase of its new album in Seoul in October 2007. Eun Jiwon and Lee Jaijin joined it onstage to congratulate their comeback.

Derek Vincent Smith, known by his stage name Pretty Lights, is an American electronic music producer. Pretty Lights was originally a music project consisting of Smith and Michal Menert, who left after the release of their first album. Rick Rubin once described Pretty Lights as "the face and voice of the new American electronic music scene".

Simon Green, known by his stage name Bonobo, is a British musician, producer, and DJ based in Los Angeles. He debuted with a trip hop aesthetic, and has since explored more upbeat approaches as well as jazz and world music influences. His electronic sound incorporates the use of organic instrumentation, and is recreated by a full band in live performances.

Michal Menert is a Polish-born American electronic music producer and the founder of Super Best Records. He was also the first artist on the Pretty Lights Music label and was an integral part of Pretty Lights, producing Pretty Lights debut album, Taking Up Your Precious Time as well as contributing to several tracks after his official departure from the project. Menert tours with a 7 piece band including MC, violin, and DJ.

Christopher Nicholas "Nick" Bertke, better known by his stage name Pogo, which is symbolized by an icon of a rabbit, is a South African-born Australian electronic musician. Much of his work consists of recording small sounds, quotes, and melodies from films, TV programmes or other sources, and sequencing the sounds together to form a new piece of music. A number of Pogo's works consist almost entirely of the sounds he samples, with few or no additional music or sound samples.

Joe Corrales Jr., also known as Yppah, is an American electronic/rock musician. He is currently signed to Future Archive Recordings and resides in Long Beach, California, United States.

Martina Gillian Topley-Bird (née Topley; born 7 May 1975) is an English singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who first gained fame as the featured female vocalist on trip hop pioneer Tricky's debut album, Maxinquaye (1995). She also worked with him on his subsequent albums Nearly God and Pre-Millennium Tension (both 1996). In 2003, Topley-Bird released her debut solo album, Quixotic, which was critically praised and earned her a Mercury Prize nomination.

This was followed by Anything (2004), The Blue God (2008) and Some Place Simple (2010). She has also collaborated with Gorillaz, appearing on their album Demon Days (2005), as well as with Mark Lanegan, Diplo and Massive Attack on Heligoland (2010), which she followed by a world tour with the group. Her song "Sandpaper Kisses" was covered by Stephen Marley and sampled by such artists as Berry Weight and The Weeknd.

Scott Hansen (born February 7, 1977), known professionally as Tycho ( TY-koh), is an American musician, record producer, composer, and songwriter based in San Francisco. He is also known as ISO50 for his photographic and design work. His music blends multiple stylistic components, including downtempo guitar, analogue synthesis, and ambient elements such as breathing and found sounds of weather broadcasts and dialogue.

Tycho's first EP, titled The Science of Patterns, was released in 2002. The first Tycho album, Past Is Prologue, was released in 2006. At this time Tycho was a solo project created by Hansen.

Tycho signed to Mom+Pop and Ninja Tune in 2019 but has also released music on Ghostly International, Merck Records and Gammaphone Records. The fourth studio album, Epoch, received a nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album in the 2017 Grammy Awards.

ccMixter is a produsage community music site that promotes remix culture and makes samples, remixes, and a cappella tracks licensed under Creative Commons available for download and re-use in creative works. Visitors are able to listen to, sample, mash-up, or interact with music in a variety of ways including the download and use of tracks and samples in their own remixes. Most sampling or mash-up web sites on the Internet stipulate that users forgo their rights to the new song once it is created. By contrast, the material on ccMixter.org is generally licensed to be used in any arena, not just the ccMixter site or a specific contest. The ccMixter site contains over 10,000 samples from a wide range of recording artists, including high-profile artists such as Beastie Boys and David Byrne.

PLS, or Poculi Ludique Societas, the Medieval & Renaissance Players of Toronto, sponsors productions of early plays, from the beginnings of medieval drama (see mystery play) to as late as the middle of the seventeenth century.

The group had its origins in 1964–1965 in a seminar on medieval drama conducted at the University of Toronto. For more than forty years, PLS was associated with the university's Centre For Medieval Studies (CMS), offering a regular schedule of plays every year. Now, as part of the Centre for Performance Studies in Early Theatre, PLS operates in affiliation with the Centre for Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies. PLS has toured in Canada, the United States and Europe. PLS also collaborates with the theatre history research project Records of Early English Drama (REED) at the University of Toronto.
