Thomas Weston Segura (born April 16, 1979) is an American stand-up comedian, writer, author, actor, and podcaster. Segura co-hosts the Your Mom's House podcast with his wife, fellow comedian Christina Pazsitzky.

Segura was born on April 16, 1979, in Cincinnati. His mother, Rosario "Charo" Segura, is originally from Peru. His father, Thomas Nadeau Segura (1947–2021), was an American of Spanish, Cajun, and French-Canadian ancestry. Thomas Nadeau served as an officer in the Marine Corps and saw action during the Vietnam War, and later worked as a wealth manager and vice president at Merrill Lynch.

Tom grew up speaking Spanish and spent his summers in Lima, Peru. He graduated from Saint Edward's School in Vero Beach, Florida, and from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. At age 19, he overdosed on GHB and fell into a short coma.

Beyond the Pale is the sixth album released by American stand-up comedian Jim Gaffigan. It is best known for its "Hot Pockets" riff.

The album was released on February 7, 2006, by Comedy Central Records, and was also released with the same title on DVD. The album was recorded at The Vic Theater in Lakeview, Chicago, Illinois. It peaked at #34 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart.

The special was also released on DVD, being the first Gaffigan stand-up performance available on home video. In addition to the main act, the DVD also contains over 30 minutes of bonus footage.

He is also the creator, producer, and occasional director of the current Netflix series, The Toys That Made Us and The Movies That Made Us, along with the television specials, Kevin Hart's Guide to Black History (also Netflix) and Discontinued (originally on The CW). Through Comedy Dynamics, he has produced and directed numerous stand-up specials and comedy albums for comedians like Kevin Hart, Jim Gaffigan, Ali Wong, Tiffany Haddish, Ilana Glazer, and many others. Volk-Weiss has also produced several television shows including Join or Die with Craig Ferguson, Stevie TV, and Animal Nation with Anthony Anderson. He also serves as executive producer on the revival of the 1992 TV series, Mad About You.

The article also served as inspiration for the 2002 film National Lampoon's Van Wilder. Kreischer has served as host of the television series Hurt Bert on FX as well as Bert the Conqueror and Trip Flip on Travel Channel. He is slated to appear in The Machine, a comedy film based on his life.

Elephant in the Room is a stand up comedy special by comedian Patrice O'Neal, released by Comedy Central. It premiered on February 19, 2011, nine months before O'Neal's death. It is the comedian's only "hour-length" special and his first to be released on DVD or CD. The DVD was released by Comedy Central on February 22, 2011. Although the original televised version ran only 42 minutes (an hour with commercials), the full-length edit released on DVD and Netflix's streaming service runs at 77 minutes. The DVD includes additional "deleted scenes" as well as O'Neal's 2003 Comedy Central Presents, available on DVD for the first time.
