سيأتي .. سيأتي .. سيأتي .. طفقت تردد الكلمة في رأسها ليترافقإيقاعها مع صوت كعب حذائها على الأسفلت البارد , انسابت الأطياف أمام عينها ..يدها ترتعش في كفه و تتوّج أذنها همساته .. « أنا أتنفس اسمك , لا تتركيني , أحبك ..أحبك .. أحبك ! « غزا صوته الدافئ خيالها أغمضت عينها للحظات في محاولة لأنتستحضر طيفه من أعماقها عبثاً حاولت , تداخلت الصور و الأصوات .. صوت بوقسيارةٍ مارّةٍ أوقظها و شتيمةٌ خصّها بها السائق ... يا ليته فعلها .. يا ليته فعلها !! هزّترأسها كأنما لتوقظ نفسها من حلم .. لا .. لا .. لن تموت .. هو سيأتي ... سيأتي ..سيأتي ..

خالد منتصر يحاول تناول الكثير من القضايا الشائكة التي تهم المرأة في مجتمعاتنا العربية بطريقة علمية، أعجبني كثير من أقسام الكتاب لكن يبدو أنه كتب محتوى الكتاب على فترات متباعدة لذلك شعرت أن الربط بين موضوعات الكتاب كان ضعيفاً، بشكل عام كتاب جرئ يستحق القراءة

Oh. My. God. Words cannot describe how much I loved this book. Which is kind of pathetic, since I'm a writer. ;-P And for someone who doesn't read mysteries, if you can get me interested in one, you know it's good!Michael Hoeye's work is an example of world-building at its best. In a realm like-our-own-and-yet-not, his plot is immediately engaging. The adult characters in the book, sly humor, and universal themes (such as "what is real beauty?") will make this a fun read for grown-ups as well as kids. With a rollicking cast, terrific wordplay, great twist at the end, and scrumptious details, it's an old-fashioned childhood book to treasure.As for folks here who weren't crazy about the fact the story had mice . . . well, the title IS Time Stops for No Mouse! I, for one, love the character of Tantamoq, and cannot wait to read about his next adventure.
