Oh My God is the fifth full-length comedy special performed by comedian Louis C.K. It premiered on HBO on April 13, 2013. The special was filmed in Phoenix, Arizona at the Celebrity Theatre.

The special was nominated for four Emmy awards, winning in the Outstanding Writing For A Variety Special category.

C.K. re-released the DVD, video and audio album for download and streaming on his website in April 2020.

The special received generally positive critical reviews. Kyle Ryan, writing for The A.V. Club, said: "To put it succinctly: Louis C.K. seems unstoppable right now. And Oh My God only reinforces that perception." Robert Lloyd, reviewer from the Los Angeles Times, said: "His HBO show starts slow, but his views of mortality are more funny and his fixation on 'horrible thoughts' still more so. Still, it's no 'Louie.'"

He was the host of The Daily Show, an American late-night talk show and satirical news program on Comedy Central. Noah has won various awards, including a Primetime Emmy Award from 11 nominations. He was named one of "The 35 Most Powerful People in New York Media" by The Hollywood Reporter in 2017 and 2018. In 2018, Time magazine named him one of the hundred most influential people in the world.

Born in Johannesburg, Noah began his career in South Africa in 2002. He had several hosting roles with the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) and was the runner-up in the fourth season of South Africa's iteration of Strictly Come Dancing in 2008. From 2010 to 2011, he hosted the late-night talk show Tonight with Trevor Noah, which he created and aired on M-Net and DStv.

Hilarious is the fourth concert film and stand-up comedy album by American comedian and director Louis C.K. It was filmed and recorded at the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee.

The film was first screened at the 26th annual Sundance Film Festival on January 26, 2010, had a one-day theater screening in select cities on September 8, 2010, and had its world premiere on the television network Epix on September 18, 2010. It was later shown on Comedy Central, and the album was released on January 11, 2011, via Comedy Central Records. C.K. re-released the DVD, video and audio album for download and streaming on his website in April 2020.

The film received two nominations at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Picture Editing for a Special (Single or Multi-Camera) and Outstanding Writing for a Variety, Music or Comedy Special. The album peaked at number 77 on the Billboard 200 and won a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards.

Chris Rock: Tamborine is a stand-up comedy special that premiered on Netflix on February 14, 2018, starring comedian Chris Rock. It is Rock's sixth comedy special and his first for Netflix. It is also Rock's first stand-up special in ten years. It was directed by comedian Bo Burnham and produced by Neal Brennan, Matthew Claybrooks, Tony Hernandez, Christopher Storer and John Skidmore under the Jax Media banner. The special received an extended cut called Total Blackout: The Tamborine Extended Cut, with half hour of extra content

It received overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics, with praise directed towards the special's political themes, Rock's ability to address aspects of his personal life and the overall tone, with some stating that "[Rock] bares his soul".

Michael Che Campbell (; born May 19, 1983) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. He is best known for his work on Saturday Night Live, where he has served as co-anchor on Weekend Update alongside Colin Jost, and the two were co-head writers from 2017 until 2022. Che and Jost co-hosted the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards in 2018.

Che was briefly a correspondent for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and has previously worked as a writer for Saturday Night Live. At the end of September 2014, he became a Weekend Update co-anchor for the 40th season of Saturday Night Live alongside Colin Jost, replacing Cecily Strong.

Seth Adam Meyers (born December 28, 1973) is an American comedian, writer, producer, actor, and television host. He currently hosts Late Night with Seth Meyers, a late-night talk show on NBC. Prior to Late Night, Meyers was a cast member and head writer for NBC's sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2001 to 2014, and hosted the show's news parody segment, Weekend Update.

Meyers was born in Evanston, Illinois, and was raised in Okemos, Michigan, from four to ten years of age, and Bedford, New Hampshire, after that. Meyers's mother, Hilary Claire (née Olson), was a French teacher, and his father, Laurence Meyers Jr., worked in finance. His younger brother, Josh Meyers, is an actor.

I'm Telling You for the Last Time is a 1998 stand-up comedy special and the second starring Jerry Seinfeld. The special aired live on HBO on August 9, 1998, from the Broadhurst Theatre in New York City. It was then released as an album on cassette and CD by the same title that same year. In 1999, a VHS and DVD titled Jerry Seinfeld: I'm Telling You for the Last Time - Live on Broadway was released.

The recording was taped just a couple of months after the show Seinfeld went off the air. Entertainment Weekly said about the album: "On its own, the CD is a more than respectable stand-up disc; Seinfeld's riffs ... are worthy of preservation." I'm Telling You for the Last Time was nominated for a 1999 Grammy Award for Best Spoken Comedy Album. After recording this special/album, Seinfeld vowed never to use old material again referencing his repeated use of "bits" from Seinfeld.

He is also known as a stand-up comedian with stand-up specials The Top Part (2009), New in Town (2012), The Comeback Kid (2015), and Kid Gorgeous (2018), for which he won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special. Mulaney is also known for his Netflix children's musical comedy special John Mulaney & the Sack Lunch Bunch (2019).

Silverman first garnered widespread attention for her brief stint as a writer and cast member on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live during its 19th season between 1993 and 1994. Since leaving SNL, she has starred in and produced The Sarah Silverman Program, which ran from 2007 to 2010 on Comedy Central.
