Eliza Thornberry (Lacey Chabert) is not your ordinary kid. It's not just because she travels the world in an RV with her parents Nigel (Tim Curry) and Marianne (Jodi Carlisle), famous nature show hosts. Eliza is doubly unique because she was granted the magical ability to talk with and understand animals. Together with her teen-age sister Debbie (Danielle Harris), her pet monkey Darwin (Tom Kane), and her wild-boy foster brother Donnie (Flea), Eliza gets involved with many different wildlife (and wild adventures).

This show tells the adventures of four turtles who were transformed into humanoids by a strange ooze and were trained as ninja by a human martial arts master, Hamato Yoshi, who was changed into a humanoid rat, Splinter, by the same substance. Together with the intrepid reporter, April O'Neil, they fight against the threats against the world, like Shredder and Krang.

Sunny Bridges (or just Sunny) is among the biggest music stars of his time. However, he grew sick of the commercialism and fame that came with his craft, and longed to "follow the music" again. Sunny is impressed with their musical talents and decides to become their music teacher when the old one is sent away...to jail. Now, Sunny's musical tutelage mixes with this "Class of 3000"'s own unique artistic spirit to create some very weird situations!
