The Diplomat is a British political thriller series written by Ben Richards and directed by Jill Robertson and Jenny Paddon. It stars Sophie Rundle as Laura Simmonds, a diplomat living in Barcelona, Spain, who works to protect several British nationals who find themselves in trouble. The series is produced by BBC Studios and World Productions for Alibi. It began airing on 28 February 2023.

Malpractice is an upcoming five-part British television drama series, written by Grace Ofori-Attah. It stars Niamh Algar as a doctor embroiled in a medical scandal. It will air from 23 April 2023 on ITV1 and ITVX.

The Curse is a British comedy crime drama series which is broadcast on Channel 4. Series 1 was broadcast in early 2022. Series 2 begins broadcasting on 27 April 2023.

Colin From Accounts is an Australian comedy series created and written by husband-and-wife team Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer, who also star as the show’s main characters. It is produced by CBS Studios for Foxtel, and is currently streaming on Binge.

Blue Lights is a 2023 six-part British television series made for BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Set in Northern Ireland, the series follows rookie police officers working in Belfast. The series was broadcast from March 27, 2023.

Travel Manis a British television travel documentary series. It features presenter Richard Ayoade, travelling to a popular city each episode with a celebrity guest. It was produced around the same time Ayoade was presentingGadget Man.

The style of the show is very fast paced, with bracing editing and a very dry sense of humour, led by Ayoade's fourth-wall-breaking voice over (he may refer to the fact that the voice over doesn't do the city justice, that there's just no time to describe it properly or that the cutaway shots were rather generic etc). There's often a use of comical library music. UnlikeTop Gearwhich evolved from a consumer advice show on cars into pure entertainment,Travel Manentertains and remains useful to viewers planning a trip. Onscreen pop-ups highlight various activities or places to visit and their cost, and the overall price of staying 48 hours in that week's city is always mentioned at the end of each episode. Ayoade's presentation style and banter with that week's guest often emphasises his social inadequacies. He frequently uses the word shiz in his commentary.
