Max Martin Schröder (* 1974 in Hamburg) ist ein deutscher Musiker. Bekannt wurde er unter seinem Pseudonym Der Hund Marie sowohl als Gitarrist und Arrangeur der Band Olli Schulz und der Hund Marie als auch durch seine Solo-Veröffentlichungen. Derzeit spielt er Schlagzeug bei Die Höchste Eisenbahn und Leslie Clio.

Zudem war Schröder seit 2005 Mitglied in der Band Tomte und spielte Schlagzeug in der Hansen Band.

Max Schröder wuchs in der Nähe von Oldenburg auf. Schon als Schüler spielte er in verschiedenen Bands. In den späten 1980er Jahren war er als Sänger und Gitarrist Mitglied in den Punk- und Hardcore-Bands Youth Tribe (später Bandit Jazz), Queerfish und Jaildog, bis er dann schließlich 2003 in Hamburg seinen Nachbarn Oliver Schulz kennenlernte.

Kettcar is an indie rock music band based in Hamburg, Germany. The band has released five studio albums so far. The band released their fourth album, Zwischen den Runden, in 2012. Their fifth album, Ich vs. Wir, was released in October 2017. The band name is derived from the Kettcar, a riding toy produced by Kettler since 1962.

In 2001, Marcus Wiebusch of ...But Alive and bass player Reimer Bustorff, who were both members of the ska band Rantanplan, decided to break away from punk's and ska's traditions of aggressive, political lyrics in favor of developing a more emotional, laid-back style. Together with Erik Langer (guitar), Frank Tirado-Rosales (percussion, also a former member of ...But Alive) and Marcus' brother Lars Wiebusch (keyboard), they formed Kettcar to experiment with a different sound and address more personal issues in their lyrics.

Oliver Marc "Olli" Schulz is a German singer-songwriter, actor and presenter. He became known as a singer and guitarist of the indie rock group Olli Schulz & der Hund Marie and as a sidekick of Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf in their various TV series, like Circus HalliGalli.

Judith Holfelder-Roy, known by her stage name Judith Holofernes, is a German singer, guitarist, songwriter and author.

PeterLicht is a German electropop musician and author from Cologne signed with the record label Motor Music, best known for his 2001 single Sonnendeck.

Dota (bis 2013: Dota und die Stadtpiraten bzw. Die Kleingeldprinzessin und die Stadtpiraten) ist eine Band um die Berliner Sängerin und Liedermacherin Dota (Dorothea) Kehr. Die Texte sind zeitkritisch, die Musik ist von Bossa Nova und Jazz stark beeinflusst. Die Musiker der Begleit-Band „Stadtpiraten“ sind Berliner Nachwuchs-Jazzmusiker.

Plattenverträge hat die Gruppe bisher ebenso abgelehnt wie auch Auftritte auf Parteiveranstaltungen vor der Bundestagswahl 2005. Mittlerweile werden die Platten über BuschFunk bzw. Broken Silence vertrieben, aber immer noch in Eigenregie hergestellt. Im Oktober 2006 gab die Gruppe auf Einladung des Goethe-Instituts fünf Konzerte in Russland, im Frühjahr 2009 tourte sie in Neuseeland.

Tele is a German Rock/Pop-band from Freiburg.

Tomte is an indie band from Hamburg, Germany. Their lyrics are almost completely in German (apart from the odd exception) and their sound could be described as guitar pop with some punk influences. The group may be considered to be a part of the “Hamburger Schule” (Hamburg indie “school”) on the basis of the band Tocotronic's influence on their work. Singer and guitarist Thees Uhlmann even worked as a roadie for Tocotronic's "K.O.O.K."-Tour and wrote the book "Wir Könnten Freunde Werden..." (We Could Become Friends...) about it.

Tomte's first EP was entitled "Blinkmuffel", which came out in 1996. Two years later, Tomte released their first full-length album, "Du weißt, was ich meine" ("You Know What I Mean"). Following the trend of releasing an album every two years, "Eine sonnige Nacht" ("A Sunny Night") was released in 2000. After the release, former bass-player Christian Stemmann left the band, he was replaced by Oliver Koch.

Wir sind Helden was a German pop rock band that was established in 2000 in Hamburg and based in Berlin. The band was composed of lead singer and guitarist Judith Holofernes, drummer Pola Roy, bassist Mark Tavassol and keyboardist/guitarist Jean-Michel Tourette.
