Meet Scott Howard, a struggling high school student with problems. However, Scott's father warns him about turning into the wolf out of anger. Scott must watch his anger as he can still win Pamela's heart and the High School Basketball State Championship game.

Meg Penny is a cheerleader out on her first date with one of the football players, Paul Taylor. It doesn't go very well. Before they get where they're going, an old vagrant runs out in front of Paul's car, screaming in terror. Jack and Diane were lovers, two crazy kids living in the heartlands. Airheaded Diane captains the cheerleading squad, who follow her through whatever she does.
