Lourdes is a young woman that works at night cleaning a restaurant. All the money she made is for her son that lives in her hometown with her mother. We know very little about Lourdes son, only that he is sick and Lourdes is working every night and sending money to help her son and find a cure for his illness. Suddenly, Lourdes starts seeing visions in the restaurant where she works, in her little apartment. These visions, her evil co-workers and her son apart from her, all this stresses Lourdes out and she begins asking herself "who wants to hurt her"? Or if all of whats happening is really happening or not.

Two Passengers and the conductor discover that a person has passed away on their Night Train cabin. They come across valuable diamonds on his person, that they wish to keep for themselves. So, to make it look like the man never boarded the train, they conspire to dump his body in a river that the train passes. Their scheme to get rid of the corpse escalates to the point where they have to chop up his body just to fit him into a small trunk. They then become paranoid, as they might turn on each other.

When the eight-year-old son, David, of a wealthy New England socialite is abducted, his kidnapper Max Harper and his seedy associates assume it will be a routine kidnapping in exchange for a large ransom. Unknown to the kidnappers, the shy and reserved David actually has a hidden agenda of his own, and a mysterious way of tapping into the minds of others. In Rutland Country, six year old Benjamin Michael Landry is kidnapped by a psychopath from the lawn of his house. His father, Craig Landry, unsuccessfully runs after the truck, but, the abductor escapes. Soon, the police discovers that John Kozlowski had abducted and killed Benjamin. When Kozlowski is sentenced to only 25 years in prison, Benjamin's mother, Elise Landry, presses her husband to kidnap the criminal and torture him. Craig is a doctor and knows exactly how to inflict pain on the psychopath. They succeed in kidnapping John from the prison transport, but, Craig has an accident and John is hurt. The couple tortures the man until they find the truth about the victim.

In London, the radiologist Gina McVey organizes a surprise birthday party to her father John McVey with her boyfriend Stefan Chambers, her brother Daniel McVey and his girlfriend Kate Coleman. On the next day, she sees herself driving a car on the street and she follows the woman to her apartment, where she finds a picture of her father and her. While driving back, she has a car crash and loses parts of her memory; further, she believes Stefan is another man. Gina decides to investigate what is happening and unravels a dark reality.

After the installation of an alarm system by the twenty-three year old low-class Adam in her fancy upper class apartment, the sophisticated owner Alice invites him to go with her in her boss' "opening house" boring party in the countryside. Adam dates Alice and has a dream night in the fashionable party inclusive having sex with her. While driving back home in a lonely road in the middle of the night, Alice hits a deer and the couple parks the car to remove the wounded animal from the road. However, a van stops and a gang brutally assaults Adam and rapes Alice. One month later, Adam is impotent with Alice, has awful scars in his face and a blind eye and the traumatized Alice returns to her work. However, she is informed that her father has passed away and she travels back to the countryside to visit her father's home. While driving back home, she meets one of her rapist by chance and she discovers where he lives. Alice meets Adam and convinces him to come with her to take revenge against the violent man.

When Robert reads about violence in another school, he sends a memo advising the employees of the school and he is considered paranoid and delusional by everybody. One day after hours, Robert notes some strange movements outside the school and he advises the security guard James that does not give much attention to the discredited Robert. But sooner Robert realizes that the Wittering College is under siege of a gang of hooligans and he needs to find Kate to protect his daughter.
