Speedy Ortiz is an American indie rock band from Northampton, Massachusetts, United States. Originally a solo project for founder Sadie Dupuis, from 2011 a full band incarnation has released three EPs and three LPs mostly on Carpark Records. As of 2022, the band consists of Dupuis, Audrey Zee Whitesides, Andy Molholt, and Joey Doubek.

Slow Mass is an American rock band from Chicago, Illinois.

Slow Mass began in 2016. That year, they released their first extended play, Treasure Pains, with the record label Landland Colportage. In 2018, Slow Mass released their debut full-length album titled On Watch.

Gulfer is a Canadian rock band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. They formed in 2011 and are composed of David Mitchell (bass/vocals), Vincent Ford (vocals/guitar), Joe Therriault (guitar/vocals) and Julien Daoust (drums). Their sound makes use of odd time signatures, tapping, clean guitar tones, shifting tonal dynamics, and introspective lyrics. The band's music has similarities to This Town Needs Guns, Sport (France), I Love Your Lifestyle (Sweden), Tangled Hair, You Blew It and Dryjacket. The band has released two albums and several EPs and splits. In March 2018 they released their second studio album Dog Bless, and in 2020 their third, self-titled album.

Sweet Trip was an electronic/experimental rock act formed in 1993 in the Bay Area of California, United States, by musicians Valerie Cooper and Roberto Burgos. They are known for their dreamy soundscapes and dense production techniques, often blending alternative rock subgenres with intelligent dance music; they are also known for their cult following online, specifically around their second album, Velocity : Design : Comfort.

The Spirit of the Beehive is a 1973 Spanish drama film directed by Víctor Erice. The film was Erice's debut and is considered a masterpiece of Spanish cinema. The film focuses on a young girl named Ana and her fascination with the 1931 American horror film Frankenstein and also explores her family life and schooling.

Tricot is a Japanese rock band from Kyoto. The band was formed in 2010 by vocalist and guitarist Ikumi "Ikkyu" Nakajima, guitarist Motoko "Motifour" Kida, and bassist Hiromi "Hirohiro" Sagane. Known for their intricate rhythms and visual identity, they have released seven full-length studio albums. Their musical style has been described by Rolling Stone as "adrenalized math rock sped up and given pop's candy coating".

¿Cómo Te Llama? is the second solo album by Albert Hammond Jr. The album has 13 tracks and was released on July 7, 2008 in the UK and on July 8, 2008 in the US. "GfC" is the first single from the album, and it premiered on iLike on May 22, 2008.

On 27 May 2008, Hammond released "GfC" on iTunes in the US. The song had already been played extensively live on his 2007 tour, along with "In My Room". A non-album B-side "& So it Goes" was released along with the single.

The title ¿Cómo Te Llama? is Spanish for "How does [he/she/it] call you?" rather than "What is your name?" (¿Cómo te llamas?).

On August 29, 2007, Albert Hammond Jr. announced on his MySpace blog he was recording his second album. He recorded for five weeks in Electric Lady Studios in New York City with his band of Josh Lattanzi on bass (of Ben Kweller and The Lemonheads), and Matt Romano (The Strokes' drum technician) on drums. Marc Philippe Eskenazi (guitar, Medium Cool, The Mooney Suzuki), who toured with Hammond, played on the album according to an interview with Pitchfork Media. Steve Schlitz, from the band Longwave also plays on the album and Sean Lennon plays the piano on the song, "Spooky Couch". The album is produced by Hammond himself along with engineer Gus Oberg and drummer Matt Romano. String personnel are Earl Maneein (of Resolution15), Matt Szemela, Jon Weber and Jessie Reagen.

Al Jolson was a Lithuanian-American Jewish singer, comedian, actor, and vaudevillian. He was one of the United States' most famous and highest-paid stars of the 1920s, and was self-billed as "The World's Greatest Entertainer." Jolson was known for his "shamelessly sentimental, melodramatic approach" towards performing, as well as for popularizing many of the songs he sang. Tree: Music for Films and Forests is a 1999 live album by Jane Siberry.

It presents a concert she recorded at New York City's famed Bottom Line jazz club in 1996. The concert predominantly presents songs that Siberry wrote which were in some way about trees and forests; however, she also includes two songs that she wrote and recorded for movie soundtracks. "Slow Tango" originally appeared in the Wim Wenders film Faraway, So Close!, and "It Can't Rain All the Time" appeared in the film The Crow.

It was one of four concerts she performed at The Bottom Line. Two of the others appear on the double album Child: Music for the Christmas Season, and the last appears on Lips: Music for Saying It. All three albums have also been released as the New York City Trilogy box set.

Peaer (stylised as peaer) is an American indie rock band from Purchase, New York. Beginning as the project of guitarist and vocalist Peter Katz, Peaer currently consists of Katz, Thom Lombardi and Jeremy Kinney. Peaer has released three full-length albums and was most recently signed to Tiny Engines. Their first album, released in 2014, is titled the eyes sink into the skull. In 2016, Peaer released their self-titled second album. In 2019, Peaer released their third full-length album titled A Healthy Earth.

Nnamdi Ogbonnaya, also known as Nnamdï (stylized as NNAMDÏ), is an American multi-instrumentalist based in Chicago, Illinois. He is a founder of the record label Sooper Records.

Born in California to Nigerian immigrants, Ogbonnaya first moved to Ohio. He spent most of his childhood in Lansing, Illinois. He earned an electrical engineering degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

He released Bootie Noir in 2013, Feckin Weirdo in 2014, Drool in 2017, and Brat in 2020.

TTNG are a British math rock band from Oxford, formed in 2003, and currently signed to the American label Sargent House Records. Following numerous departures, the band went from being a four-piece to a trio, featuring Henry Tremain on bass and lead vocals, Tim Collis on guitar and his brother Chris Collis on drums. Their debut full-length album, Animals, was released in the UK via Big Scary Monsters Recording Company in October of 2008 and shortly after in the US via Sargent House Records. They have released four studio albums, as well as numerous EPs and singles.

The Lausanne Underground Film and Music Festival (LUFF) is a film festival and music festival devoted to underground film and music. It is held each year in Lausanne, Switzerland. The festival is organized by a non-profit organization (APCI – Association pour la Promotion de la Culture Indépendante). The organization's goals are to promote independent artistic projects and creations and to make those projects accessible to a large public. The primary goal of the Lausanne Underground Film & Music Festival is to present films and music that largely exist outside the mainstream and profit driven production and distribution circuits. The cinematic section presents mainly films with an experimental character and/or films that challenge the spectator's viewing habits. Films are screened during the day and evening, followed by live music events featuring underground artists at night. Money prizes are awarded by the festival for the films selected in the international competition, in order to support the filmmakers in creating their art. The musical program of the festival proposes sonar experimentations of all kind.

Elephant Gym is a math rock band from Kaohsiung, Taiwan, founded in February 2012. The group consists of siblings KT Chang (bass) and Tell Chang (guitar), and drummer Chia-Chin Tu. The word "elephant" in the band name symbolizes their bass-driven melodies, and "gym" refers to their agile and irregular rhythms.

Duster is an American slowcore band consisting of multi-instrumentalists Clay Parton, Canaan Dove Amber, and Jason Albertini from San Jose, California.
