With the help of Choi Moo-jin and to uncover the reason for her father's death, Yoon Ji-woo joins the police department and becomes a mole for the drug group. Yoon Ji-woo is assigned to work in the drug investigation unit in the police department. Her partner there is Detective Jeon Pil-do.

In April 2021 it was reported that Park Hee-soon will joined the cast replacing the role of So Ji-sub, who is known to have declined his appearance. On August 31, 2021, they were officially joined by Yoon Jin-seo and Park Ji-yeon, casting lineup was announced by releasing photos.
