On a misty morning, an old bus leaves Batum to go to Istanbul. As the bus stops at various places on the way, Russian women of all ages and professions, each with a unique tale, board. In this bus full of women, there are three Turkish men. Three brothers who have come together after many years to carry their father's last wish... The eldest, Necati Bey (Ugur Yucel) views life through his father's eyes, Hasan (Cem Davran) is a sailor, the conqueror of open seas and women's hearts. The youngest, Mehmet (Ozan Guven) grew up with their mother in Germany and has much to learn about his brothers, life, and love. All these different characters and their outlooks on life intertwine. Passions flare and preconceptions are shattered as the disparate collection of passengers embark, at the same time, on a personal journey of discovery. Orhan who lived in London for years and did not come back to Turkey agrees to help Deniz -a famous director- edit his first book. Deniz has been living in a mansion with his family which started to lose its old brightness and power. As the rehearsals go on at the police station, Cemil tries to hide the hostile environment of the police station from her daughter causing a series of tragicomic events like the arrival of U.N. delegates who mistake the rehearsal for a rehabilitation program.

The owner, meanwhile, is the irritable, easily offended but utterly lovable Faruk...Black & White is a film about the awareness of growing old, friendship, sensitivity and the finer details of life.

Mala Ahmet, the old leader of a Turkish tribe is suffering from cancer. While running away from the compulsory chemotherapy in the hospital he suddenly finds himself in a nursery home where he is confronted with a different but cruel culture of life: The old people are left alone to their destiny while they wait for their death to come, whereas old people of his own village in the south-east, are treated with utmost care and tenderness by their relatives.

The plot evolves around a father who loves his son dearly but going thru many struggles to create communication channels with his who carries the burden of the memories of his father, his mother and the woman he loves, will shape the life of both.
