Może być nim obraz, grafika, fotografia, piosenka, wiersz, praca magisterska, praca doktorska, publikacja naukowa, jak również gra komputerowa. W Polsce istnieje rozbudowany czarny rynek prac naukowych pisanych na zamówienie, w tym przez pracowników uczelni.

Każdy, kto dopuszcza się przywłaszczenia sobie utworu albo wprowadza w błąd co do autorstwa całości lub części cudzego utworu albo artystycznego wykonania, zgodnie z art. 115 Ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych (Dz.U. z 2021 r. poz. 1062) podlega grzywnie, karze ograniczenia wolności albo pozbawienia wolności do lat 3.

Alexander Leon Gumuchian (; born June 30, 1995), better known as bbno$ (pronounced as "baby no money"), is a Canadian rapper and singer from Vancouver. He is best known for his 2019 single "Lalala" with producer Y2K, which has reached over 800 million plays on the streaming service Spotify as well as his collaborations with rapper Yung Gravy.

Born in Vancouver in 1995 into an Armenian family, Gumuchian was homeschooled before he began high school. While growing up, his mother had encouraged him to learn piano but he had always struggled with music theory. Gumuchian claims that he was good with rhythm and that he enjoyed playing djembe drums, but did not listen to music for recreation until the age of 15.

Jake E. Lee is an American musician best known as lead guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne between 1982 and 1987 and later as a member of the heavy metal band Badlands with Ray Gillen. Miller's music has been described as a mix between R&B, lo-fi, and trip hop.

Miller began his YouTube career in 2011 shortly after moving to the United States, gaining recognition for portraying oddball characters on the satire channels TVFilthyFrank, TooDamnFilthy, and DizastaMusic. The channels, which featured comedy hip hop, rants, extreme challenges, and ukulele and dance performances, are noted for their shock humor and prolific virality. Miller's videos helped popularize the Harlem Shake, that contributed to the commercial success of Baauer's song of the same name which led to the production of memes and collaborations with YouTubers. As Pink Guy, Miller released two comedy studio albums and an extended play between 2014 and 2017.

I Dont Know How But They Found Me (stylized in all caps), often shortened to IDKHow (stylized as iDKHOW), is an American musical duo based in Salt Lake City, Utah and formed in 2016. The band consists of lead vocalist and bassist Dallon Weekes and drummer Ryan Seaman. Before signing with Fearless Records, the duo was described as "the hottest unsigned band in the world" on the cover of Rock Sound in March 2018.

Off the Air is an American anthology television series that airs on Adult Swim. Every episode is composed of surreal videos of different media and purposes – animated and live-action short films, clips from feature films and other television series, stock videos, music videos, abstract loops – presented continuously and in succession. These videos are arranged around a single vague theme, as expressed in the episode's title, and are accompanied by songs by various artists. Dave Hughes, the creator of the series, also serves as its editor. He and the rest of the series' producers also commission artists to produce works to be featured in an episode.

Yung Gravy is often associated with fellow artists bbno$ and Chief Keef, as well as producer Y2K. In 2022, he released his first Billboard Hot 100-charting hit, "Betty (Get Money)".

Hauri was born in Rochester, Minnesota. His father, Peter Johannes Hauri, was a Swiss-born insomnia psychologist, while his mother is Cynthia Cleveland Hauri. Hauri graduated from Mayo High School in 2014. He attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison and earned his degree in marketing in December 2017. While attending college, he began rapping for fun and started his career on SoundCloud after being inspired by the rise of rappers Lil Yachty and Lil Peep Hauri described himself as “doing way too much” while in college. Along with rapping, he ran a small pizza delivery company in college. In 2016, he quit his job and dedicated himself to making music, spending months self-recording songs. He is a fan of the Minnesota Vikings of the NFL. He performed before their 2022 Thanksgiving game against the New England Patriots.

Emo rap is a fusion genre of hip hop and emo music. Originating in the SoundCloud rap scene in the mid-2010s, the genre fuses characteristics of hip hop music, such as beats and rapping, with the lyrical themes, instrumentals, and vocals commonly found in emo music. Lil Peep, XXXTentacion, and Juice Wrld are some of the most notable musicians in the genre.

Frank Lopes Jr. (born December 22, 1994), known professionally as Hobo Johnson, is an American vocalist and former frontman of Hobo Johnson & the LoveMakers.

Lopes is a Mexican/Portuguese-American from California. When he was 19, he was kicked out of his house by his father and subsequently lived in his car. For a stretch of time, Lopes worked at a pizza restaurant in Sacramento, but he soon quit to pursue his passion for music. He is a fan of the Sacramento Kings and has referenced them multiple times in the lyrics to his songs, most notably in the song "Sacramento Kings Anthem (We're Not That Bad)", written about the struggles the Kings have in the NBA.
