In Strict Confidence is a German electro-industrial band. Formed in 1989, they were known as Seal of Secrecy until 1992. In Strict Confidence has been signed to several record labels, including Metropolis Records and WTII Records.
Anders Manga is an American recording artist best known for his self named Darkwave work and under the name Bloody Hammers. His first release was under the name "Coffin Moth" in 1997, a Deathrock music project. In 2012, Anders' song "Glamour" was featured in Season 4 Episode 04 of The Vampire Diaries
Diary of Dreams is a German darkwave band. The lead singer and founding member Adrian Hates has produced most of the albums by himself or with minimal help from others. He rarely uses a full band, except when on tour.
Deine Lakaien is a German band project active since 1985. It is formed by the vocalist Alexander Veljanov and by the composer and multi-instrumentalist Ernst Horn. The group unites influences from dark wave with pop music and elements of avant-garde.
Mechanical Moth is a German music group.
The members of Mechanical Moth go by the nicknames of "Tandrin" (Male, singer and mixer) and "Matricide" (Female, singer). In November 2005, Mechanical Moth added a third member, called "Salacity" (Female, background voice).
"Matricide" left the band in 2007 and founded a new band called "SOUNDangst".
Since the beginning of 2008, the a new singer by the name of "Ivy" (Female, lead singer) has been a member of the band.
Tristesse de la Lune (French: "Sadness of the Moon") is an electropop group founded by German musicians Kati Roloff and Gini Martin after they left Blutengel in 2002. Their songs typically have romantic lyrics and draw inspiration from their personal lives or books as well as movies. They carried over their previous contracts with Blutengel's label Out of Line Music.
Kati was no longer part of Tristesse de la Lune as of December 15th 2006. Gini continued into 2007 and had recorded six songs for a new album. A previously unreleased track "Erinnerung" was released on Out of Line Music compilation "Machineries of Joy Volume 5" in 2012.
Seelenkrank was a German Darkwave music project of Chris Pohl. The objective was to create a more intimate sound than the industrial stomp of Terminal Choice. Female vocals were included in this project, all of them performed by Nina Bendigkeit. However, Nina's main job during concerts was performance rather than singing. Chris would go on to record two albums for the Machinenwelt Records in this style, though the name had to be dropped after Pohl left the label due to contractual issues. The project lives on today with a new label and also a new name: Blutengel.
Due to legal difficulties, the albums were out of print for 10 years, although Chris Pohl has recently won the legal battle which has allowed him to reissue them on his own label Fear Section.
Das Ich is a German dark wave/gothic-industrial band formed in 1989. The group, fronted by Stefan Ackermann and Bruno Kramm, were one of the prominent founders of and contributors to "Neue Deutsche Todeskunst" a musical movement in the early 1990s. The band is known for having a classically-inspired gothic-industrial style, for their on-stage theatrics, and their almost exclusive use of German-language lyrics. The German term Das Ich makes reference to the Freudian concept James Strachey translated as "ego".

Wumpscut is a gothic influenced electro-industrial music project from Germany. It was founded in May 1991 by Bavarian disc jockey Rudolf "Rudy" Ratzinger.
Cephalgy ist ein Projekt im Bereich der Elektronischen Musik, das 1997 unter dem Namen Sven West gegründet wurde.
Im Jahr 1997 wurde ein namenloses Musikprojekt von Rico Schmidt und Jörg Göhler gegründet. Nach einem Jahr pausierte das Projekt und jeder arbeitete an eigenen Sachen. 1999 trafen sich beide wieder. Jörg arbeitet mittlerweile musikalisch mit Sven West zusammen. Ab dem Zeitpunkt nannte sich das Projekt vorab Svenwest. Es kam zu ersten Liveauftritten welche in Eigenregie organisiert und durchgeführt wurden. Im ehemaligen "Club Achtermai" in Chemnitz trafen sie Ivo Lottig und Kay Resch von Accessory. Bei den Beiden wurde dann das este Promoalbum in Studio Qualität aufgenommen. Während dieser Aufnahmen wurde durch Kay Resch ein Vertrag mit dem Label Out of Line organisierte. Aufgrund von bestehenden Problemen mit dem Künstlernamen SvenWest nannt man sich in Cephalgy um. Sven West ging nicht mit in das neue Projekt über. 2003 verließ er die Band. Für Sven kam Ronny in die Band und unterstützte Cephalgy seitdem als Keyboarder. Es folgten einige Auftritte, bis Cephalgy als Vorband von Blutengel gebucht wurde. 2004 waren Cepgalgy Support bei der Deamon Kiss Tour von Blutengel. Rico Schmidt verließ Ende 2004 die Band. Er konnte sein Privatleben und die Band nicht mehr verbinden. An seine Stelle wurde „Stella“ gestellt die ihrerseits im Dezember 2006 ihren Ausstieg bekannt gab.
Terminal Choice was a German industrial rock band. It was formed by singer Chris Pohl (also of Blutengel, Tumor, Pain of Progress and owner of the Fear Section label) in 1993.
Their lyrics are sung in German and English. The sound was originally primarily electronic music, but with the 1998 album Navigator, guitars were added.
Besides Pohl, the original lineup included Jens Gärtner, who provided the drums and loops. In 1997, Manuel Selling was added as a guitar player. He left in 2000 and Gordon Mocznay took over on guitar and bass guitar. Also in 2000, the band's album Ominous Future was ranked #15 on the German Alternative Charts (DAC) Top 50 Albums of 2000.
A year later in 2001, Louis Manke joined the band as well, adding a second guitar to the band. An album entitled "New Born Enemies" was released in 2006 and four years later the band released the album "Übermacht".
Constance Rudert (* 26. Januar 1977 in Reichenbach im Vogtland) ist eine deutsche Musikerin, Sängerin, Liedtexterin und Komponistin. Die in Berlin lebende Künstlerin ist seit 2001 Teil der deutschen Musikszene.
Bekannt ist sie vor allem durch ihre Zusammenarbeit mit der deutschen Band Blutengel geworden. Sie war außerdem an Projekten von Samsas Traum, ASP und Stendal Blast beteiligt und arbeitet unter eigenem Namen und dem Namen Cinderella Effect als Solokünstlerin weiter.

Black Heaven , also referred to as The Legend of Black Heaven and Kacho-Ōji, is a Japanese anime television series conceptualized by Hiroki Hayashi and produced by Pioneer Corporation, Pioneer LDC Inc., AIC and A.P.P.P. It is directed by Yasuhito Kikuchi, with Naruhisa Arakawa handling series composition, Kazuto Nakazawa designing the characters and Kōichi Korenaga composing the music. The series is about the middle-aged members of a short-lived heavy metal band and their unexpected role in an alien interstellar war.
Umbra et Imago (Latin for 'Shadow and Image') is a German gothic metal and Neue Deutsche Härte band formed in autumn 1991. The original lineup consisted of singer Mozart (Manuel Munz), Michael Gillian, Nail and Torsten B. Except for Mozart all other founding members left the band, but he is still influential to the music of Umbra and Imago.
In 1991, Umbra et Imago were created as a side-project of The Electric Avantgarde. In the following year, the two bands were still existing alongside. There were plans for The Electric Avantgarde to change its style to death metal, but those were soon dropped. The band dissolved and was later reformed as Dracul so that Umbra et Imago became Mozart's main project.
Project Pitchfork is a German dark wave, electronic rock group from Hamburg, Germany.
Project Pitchfork was formed by Peter Spilles and Dirk Scheuber. After agreeing to work together, they picked the project's name by choosing a random word from the dictionary. The band gave their first performance in Hamburg in February 1990 and released their demo, K.N.K.A, in August. In May 1991, their debut album Dhyani was released. The band's second album, Lam-'Bras was released in February 1992 and yielded the first vocal appearance of Patrica Nigiani. Six months later, the band's third album, Entities was released. The band switched labels to Off Beat for their 1994 release Io. The album featured two singles, "Renascence" and "Carrion", and marked the first time the band entered the German Charts. The album was followed by a lengthy German tour.
Heimatærde is a German electro-industrial band with a medieval motif. It was created as a studio project by Disc jockey Ashlar von Megalon in 2004.
Lola Angst ist eine Berliner Band.
Lola Angst wurde 2005 von Alexandar Goldmann (Feeling B, Kamikaze 52) gegründet. Mit der transportablen Kirchenorgel Lola und einer Vielzahl analoger Synthesizer spielte er, zuerst auf eigenen Partys in Berlin, elektronische Musik.
2005 erschien, produziert von Rayner Schirner (Blind Passengers), die erste Maxi "Am I Dead". Schirner stieg anschließend auch als Livemitglied ein. Gemeinsam entstand das Debütalbum "Council of Love", das der Band gute Kritiken, und im Musikmagazin Zillo den Newcomer des Monats Dezember 05/Januar 06 (Doppelausgabe) brachte.
Die Band präsentierte sich live bei den Festivals der Alternative- und Schwarzen Szene, sowohl auf der Bühne als auch als Gastgeber im eigenen Tour- und Partybus, dem schnell bekanntwerdenden Lolamobil. Live werden Goldmann und Schirner von zwei ausgebildeten Balletttänzerinnen begleitet. In dieser Besetzung spielte man erstmals auf den großen Festivals: unter anderem beim Amphi Festival, dem M’era Luna Festival und beim Wave-Gotik-Treffen.
