Matthew Watson is an American YouTuber, comedian, musician, podcast host and music video director. He is best known as a co-host of the comedy-variety channel SuperMega and a former editor for and member of the Let's Play-orientated web series Game Grumps. Watson has collaborated with several other entertainers, such as Finn Wolfhard, Markiplier, bbno$ and OneyNG. As of 20 December 2022, SuperMega has over 1 million subscribers and over 385 million total video views.

Penelope Scott is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and producer. She has self-produced all of her own music. After releasing the compilation albums Junkyard (2020) and The Junkyard 2 (2020), Scott released her debut album, Public Void, in August 2020. Her song "Rät" peaked at 29 on Billboard's Hot Rock & Alternative Songs Chart. Scott's latest EP Hazards released in 2021.

Scott began learning the piano at the age of eight. In middle and high school, she focused on writing lyrics and learning how to record. Scott began publishing her songs online while taking a music production class in college. She released the compilation album Junkyard on February 27, 2020, followed shortly by the release of The Junkyard 2 on May 13, 2020. The latter explores themes of emotional labor, healthcare and insecurity. A song from the second album, "Sweet Hibiscus Tea", went viral that same month. Scott later expressed surprise at the success of The Junkyard 2 given its lack of mixing. Her college courses aided in her mixing skills, though she also took courses in philosophy and computer science.

Destroy Boys are an American punk rock band formed in Sacramento, California, in 2015. In 2017, they were nominated for awards in the 25th Sacramento Area Music Awards in the categories "New Artist", "Punk/post-punk" and "Teen" and in 2018 was the highest-voted contestant in Do The Bay's contest to play Noise Pop Festival. Their second album Make Room was included in Maximumrocknroll's top 10 albums of 2018.

Michael Frederick Krol is an American musician and graphic designer based in Los Angeles, California. After releasing two albums on Counter Counter Culture, Krol released his third album Turkey on Merge Records August 28, 2015. Power Chords was released in 2019, described by Dagger as "hit[ting] a nerve here with some real classic catchy, garage rock."

Tally Hall is an American rock band formed in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in December 2002. The band is known for upbeat melodies and whimsical lyrics. The members originally described their musical style as "wonky rock," later redefining their sound as "fabloo" ( fə-BLOO), in an effort to not let their music be defined by any particular genres after people began to start defining the characteristics of "wonky rock".

Tally Hall has five members, each of them distinguished by the color of their neckties: guitarist Rob Cantor (yellow), guitarist Joe Hawley (red), drummer Ross Federman (gray), keyboardist Andrew Horowitz (green), and bassist Zubin Sedghi (blue). Every member has provided vocals for the band.

First of October is an American-Canadian indie rock duo formed in Chicago, Illinois, in 2018. It was formed between musical YouTubers Rob Scallon and Andrew Huang from an idea where they would go into a recording studio and write and record a 10-track album in a 10-hour recording session. The duo's name is derived from the day that they recorded their first album, Ten Hours. The band recorded and released three more albums of the sort in 2019, 2021, and 2022 respectively, with plans to repeat the project annually.

Terrible is a Los Angeles-based record label and artist management company founded by Chris Taylor and Ethan Silverman in 2009. Originally based in Brooklyn, New York, the label operated as a joint venture imprint of XL Recordings and Beggars Group respectively. It was distributed by Universal Music Group. After a short stint as a imprint with Interscope, Terrible records is now distributed Independently via Stem Distribution. Over the past 4 years Ethan Silverman's focus shifted toward management. His current management roster includes Claud, Sir Chloe, Petey, The Hellp, Exum, The Slaps, Mila Degray, Kali, Liam Benzvi and more.

I Dont Know How But They Found Me (stylized in all caps), often shortened to IDKHow (stylized as iDKHOW), is an American musical duo based in Salt Lake City, Utah and formed in 2016. The band consists of lead vocalist and bassist Dallon Weekes and drummer Ryan Seaman. Before signing with Fearless Records, the duo was described as "the hottest unsigned band in the world" on the cover of Rock Sound in March 2018.

Prior to the formation of the band, Dallon Weekes and Ryan Seaman were longtime friends who had worked together in the past. Seaman joined Weekes' former band The Brobecks in 2008 and played drums for Weekes' solo projects, including the songs "Sickly Sweet Holidays" and "Please Don't Jump (It's Christmas)."

Off the Air is an American anthology television series that airs on Adult Swim. Every episode is composed of surreal videos of different media and purposes – animated and live-action short films, clips from feature films and other television series, stock videos, music videos, abstract loops – presented continuously and in succession. These videos are arranged around a single vague theme, as expressed in the episode's title, and are accompanied by songs by various artists. Dave Hughes, the creator of the series, also serves as its editor. He and the rest of the series' producers also commission artists to produce works to be featured in an episode.

Forty-two episodes have aired over eleven seasons since Off the Air premiered on January 1, 2011. Every episode had a time slot of 4 a.m., which has contributed to the series' obscurity and status among fans of Adult Swim. Three special episodes have been produced: "Dan Deacon: U.S.A.", "Seramthgin", and "Dan Deacon: When I Was Done Dying". The twentieth episode "NEWNOW" is a celebration of New Year's Day and the series' fifth anniversary featuring six original songs.

Steven Universe is an American animated television series created by Rebecca Sugar for Cartoon Network. It tells the coming-of-age story of a young boy, Steven Universe (Zach Callison), who lives with the Crystal Gems—magical, mineral-based aliens named Garnet (Estelle), Amethyst (Michaela Dietz), and Pearl (Deedee Magno Hall)—in the fictional town of Beach City. Steven, who is half-Gem, has adventures with his friends and helps the Gems protect the world from their own kind. The pilot was first shown in May 2013, and the series ran for five seasons, from November 2013 to January 2019. The TV film Steven Universe: The Movie was released in September 2019, and an epilogue limited series, Steven Universe Future, ran from December 2019 to March 2020.

Vinesauce is a collective of online content creators founded in 2010. The group primarily focuses on video game livestreaming and commentary videos. The group is most notable for content in which video games are corrupted to cause glitches, as well as content covering obscure video games and other media. The popularity of this content has earned media coverage from major video game outlets such as Kotaku, VG247, PC Gamer and Nintendo Life.

Glass Beach (stylized as glass beach) is an American indie rock band from Los Angeles. Their music has been described as "heavy indie rock", blending influences including punk rock, math rock, and mid-century jazz. They cite some of their musical influences as Jeff Rosenstock, They Might Be Giants, and The Brave Little Abacus.

The band's formation and music is closely tied to internet communities, and according to The Washington Post has "developed a cultish online following". In early 2020, the Los Angeles Times predicted that the band "likely won't be playing cozy venues like All Star Lanes for much longer."

In 2015, lead singer McClendon (known professionally as Classic J) made the move to Los Angeles, California from their hometown of Burleson, Texas, where they couch-surfed and worked on their solo project, Casio Dad. During this time they released an EP titled He's Not With Us Anymore. Shortly after, while attending the University of Minnesota Morris, close friends Jonas Newhouse and William White heard a song from McClendon's new EP on their school's radio station, and immediately found interest in the musician. The trio quickly became friends, and soon Newhouse and White joined McClendon in Los Angeles to live together and form Glass Beach. For the next three years, the group worked diligently on their first album, The First Glass Beach Album, which debuted on May 18, 2019 under Run for Cover Records.

"Roar" is a song by American singer Katy Perry for her fourth studio album, Prism (2013). It was released as the lead single from the record on August 10, 2013. Perry co-wrote the song with Bonnie McKee and its producers Dr. Luke, Max Martin, and Cirkut. It is a power pop song containing elements of arena rock and lyrics centering on standing up for oneself and self-empowerment.

Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark is a series of three collections of short horror stories for children, written by Alvin Schwartz and originally illustrated by Stephen Gammell. In 2011, HarperCollins published editions featuring new art by Brett Helquist, causing mass controversy amongst fans of Gammell. Subsequent printings have restored the original Gammell art. The titles of the books are Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (1981), More Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (1984), and Scary Stories 3: More Tales to Chill Your Bones (1991).
