Dream On, Dreamer was an Australian four piece alternative metalcore band from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, formed in 2009.

The band released two EPs and three albums. The first EP Set Sail, Armada was released on 3 July 2009. Almost a year later, Dream On, Dreamer published the second EP called Hope on Boomtown Records and Triple Vision Records. After signing contracts with Rise Records and UNFD the band released the debut album Heartbound in August 2011. It was charted in the Australian Albums Charts and was nominated for ARIA Award for Best Hard Rock or Heavy Metal Album. Their second album Loveless followed in 2013. The third record, Songs of Soulitude was released on 13 November 2015 as an independent release and peaked on no. 26 in the official Australian Albums Charts.

Hands Like Houses are an Australian rock band from Canberra. Formed in 2008, the group is currently signed to Hopeless Records and UNFD. Their debut album, Ground Dweller, was released on 13 March 2012 and charted at number 141 on the Billboard Top 200 and number 2 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart. Their second album, Unimagine, was released on 23 July 2013, during their route on Warped Tour. The band's third album, Dissonants was released on 26 February 2016, followed by their fourth, Anon, on 12 October 2018.

The North Stands for Nothing is the third EP by British metalcore band While She Sleeps. The band recorded the album in a home studio between January and April 2010. It was released by Small Town Records on 26 July 2010, before later being released as a deluxe edition by Good Fight Music, featuring the single "Be(lie)ve" as a bonus track. The EP was produced by Mat Welsh, the band's rhythm guitarist. It received generally favourable reviews, with Big Cheese reviewer Lais Martins Waring championing the band as "very promising". Coupled with their extensive touring following its release, the album contributed to a significant increase in the band's popularity.

We Came as Romans (sometimes abbreviated as WCAR) is an American metalcore band from Troy, Michigan. Formed in 2005, the band has gone through one name change and multiple line-up changes, and signed to SharpTone Records in 2016 after having been on roster of Equal Vision Records since 2009. They have released six studio albums – To Plant a Seed (2009), Understanding What We've Grown to Be (2011), Tracing Back Roots (2013), We Came as Romans (2015), Cold Like War (2017) and Darkbloom (2022) – and two EPs in 2008 titled Demonstrations and Dreams.

In August 2005, high school classmates Sean Zelda, Dave Stephens, Jonny Nabors, Mark Myatt and Joshua Moore formed a band called This Emergency. During the beginning years, current vocalist Dave Stephens performed the guitar, keyboards and backing vocals. They performed various shows throughout the Detroit metro area. In November 2005, the band parted ways with bass player Jonny Nabors, and he was replaced by Sean Daly. In June 2006, Zelda quit to pursue education at the University of Michigan. In the summer of 2006, a close friend of the band and another high school classmate, Larry Clark, officially joined on vocals, and the band changed their name to We Came as Romans. After Clark left in late 2007, the band added Chris Moore as the new singer. According to Dave Stephens, during this time, two songs – "Mouth to Mouth" and the original version of "Colours" – were released with Larry Clark as the vocalist. According to the band's publicist at Equal Vision Records, Joshua Moore assumed duties of writing the majority of the lyrics from this point on.

InVogue Records is an American record company based in Findlay, Ohio. It was founded by Nick Moore, lead singer of Before Their Eyes, in 2009. In the fall of 2011 InVogue Records signed a distribution deal with Independent Label Group (owned by Warner Music Group) and Alternative Distribution Alliance. In the summer of 2017 InVogue signed a new distribution deal with SONY/RED. The deal was merged into The Orchard/SONY.

In the summer of 2014, InVogue Records announced the inaugural InVogue Records Tour, in partnership with MerchNow, featuring Famous Last Words, Whether I, For All I Am, and Until We Are Ghosts. The tour wrapped around the midwest (where the label is based), as well as dates on the east coast. In the fall of 2015, Nick Moore announced on Twitter that Hotel Books would be embarking on the next InVogue Tour. In the fall of that year, Hotel Books announced the "Run Wild, Young Beauty" tour, named after their debut full-length album. Due to the album-branded title, and the package's addition of Tragic Hero Records band Bad Luck, it was unclear if this tour was truly the annual InVogue Records Tour. Hotel Books took out label mates Motives and Until We Are Ghosts on this tour as well.

Woe, Is Me is an American metalcore band from Atlanta, Georgia. Formed in 2009, the band is signed to Rise Records and its subsidiary, Velocity Records. Their debut album, Numbers, was released on August 31, 2010, and charted at number 16 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart. Due to perpetual conflicts within the lineup the band suffered several lineup changes during its four-year run. The only original member who remained in the band through its lifespan was guitarist Kevin Hanson. Woe, Is Me officially broke up in September 2013. They announced their reunion in July of 2022 with the Vengeance lineup and played their first show in over 9 years in Dallas, Texas on October 29th, 2022.

Woe, Is Me was founded during the fall of 2009 in Atlanta by former Of Machines drummer Austin Thornton, who started the band along with Kevin Hanson, Cory Ferris, and Ben Ferris, who were all formerly of a local Atlanta-based band named Cheyne Stokes. Tim Sherrill, who played lead guitar of another local group named Shooter McGavin, also joined in.

Crown the Empire is an American metalcore band from Dallas, Texas formed in 2010. The band comprises vocalist Andrew "Andy Leo" Rockhold, guitarist Brandon Hoover, bassist Hayden Tree, and drummer Jeeves Avalos. They are currently signed to Rise Records and have released four studio albums. Their most recent studio album, Sudden Sky, was released on July 19, 2019.

The Amity Affliction is an Australian metalcore band from Gympie, Queensland, formed in 2003. The band's current line-up consists of Ahren Stringer, Joel Birch, Dan Brown (guitar) and Joe Longobardi (drums). The Amity Affliction has released seven studio albums including Severed Ties (2008), Youngbloods (2010), Chasing Ghosts (2012), Let the Ocean Take Me (2014), This Could Be Heartbreak (2016) and Misery (2018), the latter four debuting at number one on the ARIA charts. They are known for their highly personal songs, often dealing with depression, anxiety, death, substance abuse, and suicide, many lyrics stemming from vocalist Joel Birch's past struggles. The Amity Affliction released their album, Everyone Loves You... Once You Leave Them, on 21 February 2020.

The Plot in You is an American rock band formed in Hancock County, Ohio in 2010. Originally a side project of former Before Their Eyes member Landon Tewers, the group is composed of Tewers, guitarist Josh Childress, bassist Ethan Yoder and drummer Michael Cooper.

Bury Tomorrow are a British metalcore band formed in 2006 in Southampton, Hampshire, England. The band is composed of six members; lead vocalist Daniel Winter-Bates, bassist Davyd Winter-Bates, drummer Adam Jackson, lead guitarist Kristan Dawson, who replaced founding guitarist Mehdi Vismara in 2013, rhythm guitarist Ed Hartwell, and keyboardist and vocalist Tom Prendergast, who both replaced Jason Cameron in 2021. Bury Tomorrow have released six studio albums, their most recent being Cannibal, released on 3 July 2020.

The band was formed in 2006 in Hampshire, England, with their initial line-up consisting of rhythm guitarist and singer Jason Cameron, drummer Adam Jackson, lead vocalist Daniel Winter-Bates, bassist Davyd Winter-Bates (his brother) and lead guitarist Mehdi Vismara. The band, despite reading in press that "metalcore" had become a dirty word of such, was adamant to prove that metalcore was still relevant. Davyd Winter-Bates has said comment on their interest to the style by saying "since day one we have been really proud and vocal about calling ourselves metalcore". In 2007, they self-released their debut EP The Sleep of the Innocents. Their debut album Portraits was released through Basick Records in Britain in October 2009. Two music videos were shot to support the release of the album but only one, "You & I", was broadcast on music channels. The music video for "You & I" was recorded at Southampton Solent University and featured Bury Tomorrow performing to 200 fans, the video was shot over the course of two days, with the second day focusing on the band performing. "You & I" was broadcast on MTV2 in the United States, Scuzz in the United Kingdom and on Much Music in Canada. Portraits was then released through Artery Recordings in March 2010 in Japan and the United States. Bury Tomorrow toured continuously over the course of 2010, touring across the United States, Europe and Japan. In their tours in 2010, the band supported Asking Alexandria, Of Mice & Men, Sleeping with Sirens, and Pierce the Veil.

Oceans Ate Alaska are a British metalcore band hailing from Birmingham formed in 2010. The band are currently signed to Fearless Records and are known for "uniting boundaries between multiple genres in modern metal" and for "fusing unpredictable polyrhythms and sporadic partnering of melodic and dissonant passages". Original vocalist, James Harrison came up with the band name; naming it after the tsunami that hit Alaska in the 1950s and swallowed up one of its gulfs.

Oceans Ate Alaska was founded in 2010 by Birmingham University's students James Harrison, James 'Jibs' Kennedy, Josh Salthouse, Alex Hurdley and Chris Turner. The band would go on to release their first single, "Taming Lions" on 4 August followed by their second single "Clocks" on the 26th both accompanied by a music video and being released through Great Escape Records. On 7 May 2012 the band released their debut EP, "Into the Deep" through Vagrant Records they would go onto rerelease the EP later that year on Density Records. On 2 April the band released the music video for their song, "To Catch a Flame" from their new EP. The band released a physical edition of their "Into the Deep" EP on 13 November thanks to their new label, Density.

Memphis May Fire is an American metalcore band formed in Denton, Texas and currently signed to Rise Records. The band currently consists of lead guitarist Kellen McGregor, lead vocalist Matty Mullins, bassist Cory Elder, and drummer Jake Garland. Formed in 2006, they have released six studio albums and two EPs to date. Their fourth album, Unconditional, debuted at No. 4 on the US Billboard 200 and atop the Alternative Albums chart.

The band, founded by original vocalist Chase Ryan, guitarist Ryan Bentley and bassist Tanner Oakes, formed in 2006 in Denton, Texas., but it was not until February 2007 that the group solidified the name Memphis May Fire having previously gone by Oh Captain, My Captain. In early 2007, the band recorded and self-released an EP, and began creating a local following. Shortly thereafter, Memphis May Fire caught the attention of Josh Grabelle, the president of Trustkill Records. Grabelle commented on his feelings toward the band in a press release stating, "There is a lot of really exciting, young, dangerous music coming out right now, and Memphis May Fire are the cream of the crop. Not since Bullet for My Valentine's Hand of Blood have we heard a more compelling set of songs for an EP, where absolutely every song is bone-chillingly perfect, and timeless. These guys are on their way to something huge." In September 2007 the band had officially signed to Trustkill, and their self-titled EP was reissued through the label in December 2007. In 2007, through 2008, the band embarked on Twelve Gauge Valentine's final-tour along with The Handshake Murders.

Like Moths to Flames is an American metalcore band from Columbus, Ohio, formed in 2010 by former members of various bands, including Emarosa, Agraceful, the Crimson Armada, and My Ticket Home. The band has released four studio albums and three EPs through Rise Records. The band's current line-up consists of lead vocalist Chris Roetter, bassist Aaron Evans, lead guitarist Jeremy Smith, and rhythm guitarist Zach Pishney. Roetter and Evans are the only two members of the original line-up that remain in the band.

The band was formed in early 2010. Vocalist Chris Roetter, having sung for the bands Agraceful and Emarosa beforehand, formed Like Moths to Flames with four of the six members of Ohio metalcore band TerraFirma: Aaron Evans (who joined playing rhythm guitar before later moving to bass); Zach Huston (lead guitar); Aaron Douglas (bass); and Jordan Matz (drums). The band released their debut single titled "Dead Routine" on February 7, 2010. Prior to the release of debut EP Sweet Talker, they would release two more demos, "Avada Kedavra" and "Death Eaters". Death Eaters featured Michael Guilford of Legion a deathcore band from the same area.

The Color Morale is an American metalcore band from Rockford, Illinois, formed in 2007. The band includes vocalist/keyboardist Garret Rapp, guitarists Devin King and Aaron Saunders, bassist Mike Honson, and drummer Steve Carey. Rapp and Carey are the only two members of the original line-up that remain in the band. The group was signed to Fearless Records before they went into a hiatus in 2018. The band officially returned in March 2020. Before the hiatus, the band has released five studio albums: We All Have Demons, My Devil in Your Eyes, Know Hope, Hold On Pain Ends, and Desolate Divine.

The band's sound was influenced by a variety of post-hardcore and metalcore bands such as Glassjaw, Beloved, Misery Signals and Poison the Well. Major themes in the group's music included religion, mental disorders, overcoming past struggles, and a message of positivity.

Palisades is an American rock band from Iselin, New Jersey. Formed in 2008 as Marilyn Is Dead, they changed their name to Palisades in August 2011 and signed to Rise Records. Palisades has released five studio albums; Outcasts in 2012, Mind Games in 2015, a self-titled album in 2017, Erase the Pain in 2018, and their most recent Reaching Hypercritical on 22 July 2022. They also have one self-released album under their previous name.

Asking Alexandria are a British rock band from York, North Yorkshire, consisting of guitarists Ben Bruce and Cameron Liddell, drummer James Cassells, lead vocalist Danny Worsnop, and bassist Sam Bettley.

Ice Nine Kills is an American heavy metal band from Boston, Massachusetts, who are signed to Fearless Records. Best known for its horror-inspired lyrics, Ice Nine Kills formed in its earliest incarnation in 2000 by high school friends Spencer Charnas and Jeremy Schwartz. Charnas is currently the only remaining founding member.

Secrets (stylized as SECRETS) is an American metalcore/post-hardcore band formed in San Diego, California in 2010. After being signed to Rise Records in 2011, Secrets released their debut full-length album The Ascent in January 2012. The record debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and became the first Velocity Records release to appear on the Billboard Top 200, debuting at No. 185.

After going through line-up changes in 2013, the band released their second album Fragile Figures in July. The album was a success, selling over 10,000 copies in the first month and charting at No. 59 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Secrets was formed from ex-A City Serene members Xander Bourgeois, Marc Koch, Joe English, and Michael Sherman. However, the original lineup dispersed after they were involved in a serious car accident, which left one member in a coma. They reformed as Secrets in 2010 and added Richard Rogers as their clean vocalist and rhythm guitarist. The band was quickly signed to Rise Records imprint, Velocity Records. Though they initially planned to release an EP, the band went ahead with a full-length album, The Ascent (2012). This album was produced by Tom Denney, formerly of A Day to Remember.
