Thomas Weston Segura (born April 16, 1979) is an American stand-up comedian, writer, author, actor, and podcaster. Segura co-hosts the Your Mom's House podcast with his wife, fellow comedian Christina Pazsitzky.

Segura was born on April 16, 1979, in Cincinnati. His mother, Rosario "Charo" Segura, is originally from Peru. His father, Thomas Nadeau Segura (1947–2021), was an American of Spanish, Cajun, and French-Canadian ancestry. Thomas Nadeau served as an officer in the Marine Corps and saw action during the Vietnam War, and later worked as a wealth manager and vice president at Merrill Lynch.

Tom grew up speaking Spanish and spent his summers in Lima, Peru. He graduated from Saint Edward's School in Vero Beach, Florida, and from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. At age 19, he overdosed on GHB and fell into a short coma.

Trevor Noah (born 20 February 1984) is a South African comedian, writer, producer, political commentator, actor, and former television host. He was the host of The Daily Show, an American late-night talk show and satirical news program on Comedy Central. Noah has won various awards, including a Primetime Emmy Award from 11 nominations. He was named one of "The 35 Most Powerful People in New York Media" by The Hollywood Reporter in 2017 and 2018. In 2018, Time magazine named him one of the hundred most influential people in the world.

Born in Johannesburg, Noah began his career in South Africa in 2002. He had several hosting roles with the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) and was the runner-up in the fourth season of South Africa's iteration of Strictly Come Dancing in 2008. From 2010 to 2011, he hosted the late-night talk show Tonight with Trevor Noah, which he created and aired on M-Net and DStv.

In 2004, Comedy Central named him the 12th-greatest stand-up comedian of all time.

Chris Rock: Tamborine is a stand-up comedy special that premiered on Netflix on February 14, 2018, starring comedian Chris Rock. It is Rock's sixth comedy special and his first for Netflix. It is also Rock's first stand-up special in ten years. It was directed by comedian Bo Burnham and produced by Neal Brennan, Matthew Claybrooks, Tony Hernandez, Christopher Storer and John Skidmore under the Jax Media banner. The special received an extended cut called Total Blackout: The Tamborine Extended Cut, with half hour of extra content

It received overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics, with praise directed towards the special's political themes, Rock's ability to address aspects of his personal life and the overall tone, with some stating that "[Rock] bares his soul".

Anthony Jeselnik ( JES-əl-nik; born (1978-12-22)December 22, 1978) is an American comedian, writer, actor, and producer. He is known for his dark comedy style, which emphasizes ironic misdirection, non sequiturs, biting insults, an arrogant demeanor, and a stage persona that frequently takes amoral or psychopathic stances.

Jeselnik was a writer for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in its first season and hosted a Comedy Central Presents in 2009. After releasing his critically acclaimed debut album Shakespeare in 2010, he began writing for the Comedy Central Roasts and moved up to performer in the 2011 roast of Donald Trump. He continued to perform on the roasts of Charlie Sheen and Roseanne Barr in 2012. In 2013, he hosted his own Comedy Central series for two seasons, The Jeselnik Offensive, and released his second album, Caligula, which doubles as an hour-long stand-up special.

Michael Che Campbell (; born May 19, 1983) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and writer. He is best known for his work on Saturday Night Live, where he has served as co-anchor on Weekend Update alongside Colin Jost, and the two were co-head writers from 2017 until 2022. Che and Jost co-hosted the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards in 2018.

Che was briefly a correspondent for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and has previously worked as a writer for Saturday Night Live. At the end of September 2014, he became a Weekend Update co-anchor for the 40th season of Saturday Night Live alongside Colin Jost, replacing Cecily Strong.

Michael Che Campbell was born in Manhattan, New York City, New York, the youngest of seven children of Rose and Nathaniel Campbell. His father named Michael after the revolutionary Che Guevara.

Donald McKinley Glover Jr. (; born September 25, 1983), also known by his stage name Childish Gambino (), is an American actor, comedian, singer, writer, director, and producer. After working in Derrick Comedy while studying at New York University, Glover was hired at age 23 by Tina Fey as a writer for the NBC sitcom 30 Rock. He later rose to fame for portraying college student Troy Barnes on the NBC sitcom Community from 2009 to 2014. Peter Michael Davidson (born November 16, 1993) is an American comedian and actor. He was a cast member of the NBC late-night sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live (SNL) for eight seasons, running from 2014 to 2022.

Davidson's father, Scott Matthew Davidson, was a New York firefighter who died in 2001 at the World Trade Center during the September 11 attacks. Davidson began his career in the early 2010s with minor guest roles on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Friends of the People, Guy Code, and Wild 'n Out. He released his comedy specials Pete Davidson: SMD (2016) and Pete Davidson: Alive from New York (2020).

Nicole Rene Glaser (born June 1, 1984) is an American stand-up comedian, actress, podcaster, radio host, and television host. She was the host of the television series Not Safe with Nikki Glaser, which premiered on Comedy Central and Much on February 9, 2016. She is the star of the 2022 reality show Welcome Home Nikki Glaser? on E!.

Glaser was born on June 1, 1984, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Julie E. (née Burke) and Edward J. Glaser. She has one sibling, a younger sister named Lauren. She has German and Irish ancestry. Glaser spent most of her childhood in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Kirkwood High School and briefly attended the University of Colorado Boulder before transferring to, and graduating from, the University of Kansas with a degree in English Literature.

Seth Adam Meyers (born December 28, 1973) is an American comedian, writer, producer, actor, and television host. He currently hosts Late Night with Seth Meyers, a late-night talk show on NBC. Prior to Late Night, Meyers was a cast member and head writer for NBC's sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 2001 to 2014, and hosted the show's news parody segment, Weekend Update.

Meyers was born in Evanston, Illinois, and was raised in Okemos, Michigan, from four to ten years of age, and Bedford, New Hampshire, after that. Meyers's mother, Hilary Claire (née Olson), was a French teacher, and his father, Laurence Meyers Jr., worked in finance. His younger brother, Josh Meyers, is an actor.

Alexandra Dawn "Ali" Wong (born April 19, 1982) is an American stand-up comedian and actress. She is best known for her Netflix stand-up specials Baby Cobra (2016), Hard Knock Wife (2018), and Don Wong (2022). She starred in the film Always Be My Maybe (2019), on which she also served as a writer and producer.

Wong was also a cast member on the ABC show American Housewife and has previously appeared on Inside Amy Schumer, Black Box, and Are You There, Chelsea? She was a writer for the first three seasons of the sitcom Fresh Off the Boat. She voices the title character Roberta "Bertie" Songthrush on the animated series Tuca & Bertie and Ali on the animated series Big Mouth. She was included in Time's 100 Most Influential People of 2020.

Taylor Elyse Tomlinson is an American comedian. She has released two Netflix stand-up specials called Quarter-Life Crisis (2020) and Look At You (2022).

She briefly attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo before transferring to a community college in the San Diego metropolitan area to be closer to comedy clubs for her career. John Edmund Mulaney (born August 26, 1982) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer. He first rose to prominence for his work as a writer on Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2013, where he contributed to numerous sketches and characters, mainly Stefon, a recurring character that he and Bill Hader co-created. He is also known as a stand-up comedian with stand-up specials The Top Part (2009), New in Town (2012), The Comeback Kid (2015), and Kid Gorgeous (2018), for which he won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special. Mulaney is also known for his Netflix children's musical comedy special John Mulaney & the Sack Lunch Bunch (2019).

He was the creator and star of the short-lived Fox sitcom Mulaney (2014–2015), a semi-autobiographical series about his life. Mulaney is known for his performance as George St. Geegland in a comedic duo with Nick Kroll. They appeared on television and on Broadway in a show entitled Oh, Hello on Broadway (2016). Mulaney serves as a co-executive producer, writer, and occasional actor in the IFC mockumentary series Documentary Now! (2015–present).
