Vodun est un groupe de stoner londonien dont la thématique principale est la culture vaudou. Leurs sonorités mêlent thrash metal et rythmes d’Afrique de l’Ouest avec des influences afro-psychédéliques. Le nom du groupe a été stylisé Vôdûn jusqu’à la sortie de l’album Ascend[réf. nécessaire].

Le premier EP de Vodun, Eat up the sun, sort le 3 avril 2013 alors que les trois membres du groupe jouent aussi dans d'autres groupes : la chanteuse Chantal Brown a contribué à l'EP The master alchemist du groupe Invasion de 2009 ; le guitariste Lindsay Hamilton a joué dans le groupe Groan, et la batteuse Zel Kaute a à la fois joué dans l'EP d'Invasion et dans les EP de Groan de 2013 et 2015 (respectivement Ride the Snake et Highrospliffics).

Cadaver is a death metal band from Råde and Fredrikstad, Norway. The band had a brief venture in the early 1990s before splitting in 1993. Cadaver would eventually re-emerge as Cadaver Inc. in 1999 which consisted of only one founding member. For their next album, they fell back to using their original band name Cadaver and ended their activities in 2004, with their final live show in 2005. The band reformed in April 2019 and released their fifth album in 2020.

Magna Carta Cartel är en svensk musikgrupp i genren alternativrock som bildades år 2006 i Linköping.

Bandets första EP Valiant Visions Dawn kom ut 2008. Hösten 2009 kom Magna Carta Cartels debutalbum Goodmorning Restrained, som innehåller 11 spår och är den första fullängdaren som släppts på Sounds Of Zilence. Merparten av bandets medlemmar ingår även i det svenska bandet Tid. Den 11 februari 2018 gjorde bandet comeback när de framförde sex låtar, både gamla och nya, på musikfestivalen Where's the Music? i Norrköping.

Skraeckoedlan bildades 2009 och är ett stonerrockband från Norrköping.

2010 på våren släppte de sin första EP; Flykten från Tellus, som producerades av Oskar Cedermalm från bandet Truckfighters, skivan gick att köpa vid livespelningar, den släpptes även digitalt. Under sommaren 2010 släppte de sin andra EP; Världarnas fall, denna EP släpptes endast digitalt.

Hösten 2010 började bandet spela in sitt första studioalbum, även denna gång med Oskar Cedermalm som producent. Tidigt 2011 skrev bandet kontrakt med det svenska skivbolaget Transubstans Records. Debutalbumet Äppelträdet släpptes försommaren 2011.

Januari 2012 släppte bandet 12" Vinylen Mesozoikum, och februari 2012 släpptes Äppelträdet på 12" vinyl av Transubstans och Gaphals. De har även släppt en kassett via ljudkassett.com.

Svart Records is a Finnish independent record company focused on heavy metal music, especially doom metal. It concentrates mostly on releasing LP reissues of albums previously unavailable on vinyl.

Bloody Hammers is an American hard rock band, founded in 2010 by Anders Manga in Transylvania County, North Carolina, United States. Manga is the primary producer, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist. Bloody Hammers' music straddles a range of genres including heavy metal, gothic rock, doom metal, and psychedelic rock. The touring band features a revolving lineup with Manga and keyboardist Devallia being the only permanent live members. Devallia also contributes keyboard parts to recordings and is sometimes credited as a co-producer.

In 2012, the self-titled Bloody Hammers album was released along with a video on YouTube for the song “Fear No Evil”. In 2014, the band signed to Napalm Records and released their second album, Under Satan's Sun, in May. This album was followed by a European tour. The band's sixth album, Songs of Unspeakable Terror, was released in 2021. Their seventh album, Washed in the Blood, was released on October 14, 2022.

Jess and the Ancient Ones is a Finnish psychedelic rock band that was formed in Kuopio in 2010. Some of the members of the band were co-musicians in the Finnish metal band Deathchain. The band has released four albums: The self-titled Jess and the Ancient Ones in 2012, Second Psychedelic Coming: The Aquarius Tapes in 2015, The Horse and Other Weird Tales in 2017, and Vertigo in 2021.

Chinese New Year is the festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar. In Chinese, the festival is commonly referred to as the Spring Festival as the spring season in the lunisolar calendar traditionally starts with lichun, the first of the twenty-four solar terms which the festival celebrates around the time of the Chinese New Year. Marking the end of winter and the beginning of the spring season, observances traditionally take place from New Year's Eve, the evening preceding the first day of the year to the Lantern Festival, held on the 15th day of the year. The first day of Chinese New Year begins on the new moon that appears between 21 January and 20 February.

Grave Pleasures is a Finnish post-punk band from Helsinki. Formed in 2010, Grave Pleasure's previous incarnation, Beastmilk, released a demo followed by an EP, and later debut full-length Climax. Members Mat McNerney and Valtteri Arino continued the band in 2015 as Grave Pleasures, following Johan Snell and Paile's departure with the group. With new members, Grave Pleasures released Dreamcrash months later.

Beastmilk was founded in 2010 by Mat McNerney, Johan Snell, Valtteri Arino and Paile in Helsinki, Finland. The band name came about because McNerney and Snell read White Stains by Aleister Crowley, and wanted to have a dialogue about what it means to be a man and go through all these male emotions. It was sort of a conversation on what is your father’s milk, what is your mother’s milk and so on. It also came out of Snell's interest in liquids and how it affects society. The band later self-released a demo, White Stains on Black Tape, in the same year. The demo was well received including from musicians Fenriz of Darkthrone and Nate Newton of Converge.

Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats (written as Uncle Acid and the deadbeats or simply Uncle Acid) are an English rock band, formed in Cambridge by Kevin Starrs. The band have released five albums, the most recent, Wasteland having been released in October 2018, as well as a number of singles. The band appears regularly at festivals around Europe.

The band's music is heavily influenced by the late 1960s when heavy metal was emerging. Allmusic praised the band's ability to recreate a particular aspect of this era, describing the band as "celebrating the Summer of Love's soul-chilling autumn: a blasted landscape, post-flower power, resembling Altamont's killing fields, reeking of the Manson Family murders, and, naturally, sounding like a mish-mash of all of the apocalyptic musical forces that converged upon that era."

Ghost, also formerly known as Ghost B.C. in the United States, is a Swedish rock band that was formed in Linköping in 2006. In 2010, they released a three-track demo followed by a 7-inch vinyl titled "Elizabeth", and later their debut full-length album Opus Eponymous. The song "Ritual" was chosen by Kerrang! as one of "The 50 Most Evil Songs Ever." The Grammis-nominated album was widely praised and significantly increased their popularity. Their second album and major label debut, Infestissumam, was released in 2013, debuted at number one in Sweden, and won the Grammis Award for Best Hard Rock/Metal Album. The band released their third studio album, Meliora, in 2015, reaching number one in Sweden, and number eight in the US. Its lead single, "Cirice", earned them the 2016 Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance. The band released their fourth studio album, Prequelle, in 2018. The band released their fifth studio album, Impera, in 2022.

Oliwia Sobieszek is a Polish vocalist and current lead singer for doom metal band Kroh.

Luciferian Light Orchestra is the first full-length album by Christofer Johnsson's Luciferian Light Orchestra project, released on 30 April 2015 in Europe The album was announced on 23 March 2015.

Nicke Andersson, also known as Nick Royale, is a Swedish musician best known for his work as the singer and guitarist for the rock band The Hellacopters and drummer for the death metal band Entombed. He was also briefly the drummer for Tiamat in 1989. Besides his work with the Hellacopters, Andersson currently plays and writes songs for the soul band The Solution, the death metal band Death Breath, the hard rock band Lucifer, and rock band Imperial State Electric.

Purson was an English psychedelic rock band from London, England, founded by Rosalie Cunningham. Purson formed after Cunningham disbanded her previous project Ipso Facto. They were signed with Spinefarm. Cunningham described their sound as "vaudeville carny psych".

Blood Ceremony is a Canadian rock band formed in 2006 in Toronto, Ontario. Blood Ceremony's style has been described as "flute-tinged witch rock" and their lyrics are filled with black magic imagery and references to classic horror films. Their music has been also characterized as hard rock, psychedelic folk, progressive rock, and doom metal.

The band is fronted by singer/flutist/organist Alia O'Brien, whose flute solos are reminiscent of Jethro Tull's Ian Anderson. Torontoist has called Blood Ceremony "Toronto's most original band".

The band was created by O'Brien with guitarist Sean Kennedy, who is responsible for most of the songwriting.

The band's self-titled debut studio album was released in 2008, followed by Living with the Ancients in 2011, both on Rise Above Records. The albums were reissued on Metal Blade.
