"That's What I Like About the South" is the signature song of Phil Harris written by Andy Razaf and covered by Bob Wills and Cliff Bruner. Harris sang it in the 1945 film I Love a Bandleader, and performed it several times as part of The Jack Benny Program.The lyrics reference many different foods that are typically identified as Cuisine of the Southern United States, such as Virginia hams, candied yams, and black-eyed peas.

"This Masquerade" is a song written by American singer and musician Leon Russell. It was originally recorded in 1972 by Russell for his album Carney and as a B-side for the album's hit single "Tight Rope". The song was then covered on Helen Reddy's 1972 album, I Am Woman. It was then recorded by American vocal duo, the Carpenters, for their 1973 album Now & Then and as the B-side of the Carpenters's single "Please Mr. Postman". Three years later, "This Masquerade" was recorded by American singer and guitarist George Benson, who released it on his 1976 album, Breezin'. Benson's version, featuring Jorge Dalto on piano, was released as a single and became the first big hit of his career.

Alfonso Noel Lovo (1951) es un compositor y músico Nicaragüense de Rock que produjo el concierto de Santana (banda), presentado por Cantinflas, en el Estadio Nacional de Managua, en octubre de 1973, para ayudar a las víctimas del Terremoto de Managua del 23 de diciembre de 1972. Fue el primer artista Nicaragüense en presentarse en el Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío, recién abierto, en 1972, con el Concierto Ídolo, un grupo de estrellas del Rock local.Escribió y dirigió su primer álbum "Terremoto Richter 6-25 Managua" en New Orleans, con un grupo de músicos de esa ciudad, una fusión de ritmos Nicaragüenses como la Mazurka con ritmos africanos ("Back to África"), blues ("Managua Nicaragua Blues"), Jazz moderno ("Apocalipsis"), Rock Psicodélico ("Magic Mushroom World"), Jazz Tradicional ("In the woods of the moon"). Incluso con influencias de Carlos Jobim, como en el tema "Leonor" un bossa nova, con flauta, instrumental. La verdad es que es uno de los álbumes más eclécticos que hemos escuchado, con muy buena calidad.
