Pavel Tsatsouline is the Chairman of StrongFirst, Inc., a Belarusian-born fitness instructor who has introduced SPETSNAZ training techniques from the former Soviet Union to US Navy SEALs, Marines and Army Special Forces, and shortly thereafter to the American public.
