Paolo Buonvino (born March 29, 1968) is an Italian composer, musician, conductor and music arranger .

Italian composer for film and television, music arranger, conductor Paolo Buonvino is an artisan of music. An experimental, eclectic talent, constantly infusing his classical studies and the ancient musical tradition of the Mediterranean, with fascinations coming from the pop, rock, electronic, and computer music. His wholesome approach to the universal value of music, transcends genres and easy categorizations.

Born in 1968, in Scordia, in the province of Catania (Sicily), Buonvino gained his Piano Bachelor-Degree from the "F. Cilea" di Reggio Calabria conservatory and a Master-Degree in Music Disciplines from the University of Bologna. At the beginning of his career, the composer found a mentor in "Il Maestro" Franco Battiato – one of Italy's most influential and avant-garde singer-songwriters – who encouraged him to write music for the movies and TV.
