Annie works in a nightclub, supporting her boyfriend Billy, a struggling actor. One day, to settle an old dispute with Pablo the nightclub owner,Nicholi and his personal assistant Sabrina make a deal with Annie to make Billy a star. However if she regrets it she loses a part of her soul. Her friend and the guy who has a crush on her, Howie makes a deal with Nicholi to retrieve her soul back. Will they succeed or fall into Nicholi's devious plan.
