Watcher is a 2022 psychological thriller film written and directed by Chloe Okuno in her theatrical feature film directorial and screenwriting debut, based on an original screenplay by Zack Ford. The film stars Maika Monroe, Karl Glusman, and Burn Gorman.

American couple Julia and Francis relocate to Bucharest, moving into an apartment building with a large picture window. Julia immediately notices a man looming in a window from the building across the street. While Francis works long hours, Julia grows unnerved by the man in the window, whom she notices watching her on a daily basis.
