A brief (100 pages) book that details, in the most reassuring and practical words, how to become fully engaged in your own life so that you no longer feel as though you're constantly struggling to achieve your goals. Other ways of describing this positive state of mind would be mindfulness or being in a flow state (during which you're fully engaged with whatever you're doing and the journey IS the goal (sort of). I'm not going to try to paraphrase what Sterner spends 100 pages telling us with anecdotes, ways to experiment on yourself, and very clear explication. An especially handy refresher book for those who already "know" this stuff.

Bullet Journal is a method of personal organization developed by designer Ryder Carroll. The system organizes scheduling, reminders, to-do lists, brainstorming, and other organizational tasks into a single notebook. First shared with the public in 2013, it has become a popular method, garnering significant attention on Kickstarter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.Bullet Journals are usually handwritten, and kept in a single notebook. The core tools of a Bullet Journal are: an index, rapid logging, logs, collection, and migration. The index functions like the index to a book, or a table of contents, pointing to where information on different topics is located. Rapid logging uses a system of symbols (e.g. dashes, asterisks, circles, etc) to simplify and abbreviate quick task logging. Logs are to-do lists, organized on different time-scales, including daily, weekly, and monthly logs. Collections are lists of related topics such as fitness or diet trackers, list of books to read, restaurants to try, etc. Migration is the practice of periodically updating lists to new lists, such as carrying over unfinished tasks from one month's log to the next.

SquareCells is a puzzle video game developed and published by British studio Matthew Brown Games. It was released on Steam on 7 December 2015.
The player must fill in or blank out tiles based on numerical information given at the top or side of each row or column. The numbers describe the relationships between the tiles: one number on its own mean there are that many filled tiles will be that line; if one number follows another, that means that the tiles are grouped up in that order.
