Little Lulu is the first-ever animated stand-up comic. Her best friend Annie is always there for her, and Lulu always has arguments with Tubby and the boys in his club. They are always tricking each other and get into crazy adventures in school, in the neighbourhood and in the park.

Two step brothers, one being a nerd, and the other a popular, cool famous musician. They are very different but end up being the best of brothers; whom also have to deal with their younger sister Megan who always makes their life miserable. She gets them in trouble a lot and just frightens them. The two of them get in crazy situations.

There is a war going on between masters and servants in order to attain the Holy Grail. Each master can call up one servant each, and their task is to eradicate the other servants, either by defeating them or killing their master. When there is only one master or servant left, he or she is granted the Holy Grail, and any wish they desire will come true.

The plot revolves around Natsuru, a normal high school boy with blue hair. One day he wakes up and found himself turned into a girl. A stuffed tiger "Harakiri Tora" comes to life and tells him that he has been chosen as one of the "Kampfer", a female fighter. The Kampfer are destined to fight with other Kampfer. The story starts when he is attacked by an unknown girl who happens to also be a Kampfer.
