Yoshi's Story is a 1997 side-scrolling platform game published and developed by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. It was released in Japan in December 1997, and worldwide the following year. It was re-released on the Wii's Virtual Console service in October 2007, and for the Wii U's Virtual Console in early 2016. It was also re-released on the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack in October 2021.
