Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 is a video game developed by 3G Studios, Inc. and published by Majesco Entertainment for the Wii console. It is an exercise game which makes use of the Wii Balance Board peripheral and features Jillian Michaels, a fitness expert also seen as a trainer on NBC's television show The Biggest Loser. A sequel, Fitness Ultimatum 2010, was released October 6, 2009.

The game was released on October 21, 2008. It was reported in June 2009 that the game has sold over 600,000 copies. In November 2009, a sequel "Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2010" was released.

Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum 2009 makes use of the Wii Balance Board and the Wii Remote in a series of 11 different user-selectable activities with varying intensities (light, medium, and hard) and durations (between 10 and 60 minutes). The game also includes unlockable fitness, diet, and lifestyle tips from Jillian Michaels herself. As with the Wii Fit, players can keep track of their progress over time. Unlike Wii Fit, however, the game features a competitive mode where two players compete simultaneously against one another - with the winner being the one who has burned more calories at the finish.
