Books like Wicked Lies

When I find a series that I absolutely love I wait and wait and wait some more for the next book to come out. I swear I read them way too fast. Wicked Lies is the 3rd book in the series and as usual I dove head first into the book didn’t want to put it down. Astrid finds herself in a pickle... well several to be exact, but they really aren’t her pickles, it’s those around her that lie. Once the lies start coming out, there isn’t any stopping them. BUT, sometimes those lies are there for good reasons.Megan writes this installment beautifully. She captures the feelings. And man we’re there feelings!! Oh and the funny lines!! Here is my favorite... “I can just do it,” Astrid offered. “But first, I was thinking about something. Are we sure Damiel didn’t have some kind of spell on him to make him look like he was lying there longer? Is that even possible?” Nah, not the kind of magic that’d take. Not possible.” Ophelia tapped her finger to her bottom lip. “But I’d like to find out.” I shook my head. “You would.” I loved this girl with everything I am, and here she was, wanting to figure out how to make a dead body look deader.” You need to get this book!!!
