Books like Skammerens datter 1+2

Book 1:This book is categorized as a children's book, which I find a little confusing sometimes...because of all the violence... So I was really surprised when I read the first chapters and found it really interesting and exciting... This book was so addicting and I just wanted to keep reading! I loved the characters. I loved how mature Dina was. And I loved the relationship between her and Nico - it was sooo sweet..Besides, this book had magic, dragons and the world building was amazing! The writing was also really easy to read (read it in danish, since it's the original language). This book definitely deserves 5 stars! Book 2:This book wasn't as good and exciting as the first one. Maybe it was because Nico wasn't in it most of the time, or maybe it was because it was from Davin's POV most of the time(and I don't really like his character...?)Anyway... This book was okay and it didn't take me long to get through it, but yeah... It definitely wasn't my favourite. I'll give this book 3.5 stars!
