Books like Philippa Gregory's Tudor Court 6-Book Boxed Set: The Constant Princess, The Other Boleyn Girl, The Boleyn Inheritance, The Queen

I Enjoyed the other Boleyn girl. This book started me on my current interest in English historical fiction in particular Tudor history. I must say though her other books are ok rather than great. When you read her books too much you tend to spot certain biases she has- fir eg, she consistently portrays queen Elizabeth as vacuous and vampish. She is entitled to her view of course, just that I find it rather one dimensional . Also I realize she seems to venerate women who prefer staying home to raise kids loyally waiting for their husbands over independent and ambitious women, again a view she is entitled to but I don't subscribe to. Having said that, there is no denying her books and fun to read and hard to put down:)
