Books like Miss Lazar Is Bizarre!

The school janitor, Miss Lazar, is quite bizarre. She might be a superhero.A very funny book. I don't recommend them for the intended age group of 2nd graders unless you don't mind them reading about a protagonist who hates school, asks to go to the bathroom just to get out of class for a while, and calls another student a "brown noser." Also might want to make sure that the person reading it has enough mental capacity to figure out that sticking a toilet plunger to the top of someone's head to lower them off a 2 story building is just silly fun and not a realistic rescue method.
