The Tyranny of Lost Things is the fabulous debut novel from Rhiannon Lucy Cosslett.It is a beautifully written, coming-of-age story told from two different narratives, across two different periods of time. It tells of the pain that childhood secrets can cause when they eventually come out and the impact it can have on a person to discover that their parents are human, and humans sometimes make mistakes. It took me a few pages to get a feel for the writing, but when I did I found that I struggled to put the book down!Thank you to the publisher for sending me a free copy, I'm already excited to see what's next from the author!
