First and foremost – everything depends on what you are looking for. A short guide to the impressionist movement, some nice pictures of paintings from the Md’O and a brief explanation on the origin of the movement, techniques used by some of the painters, changes in the composition – then this is your book. Easy and fast to read, educational, for those who know little or nothing on the topic. If you have recognized yourself I would warmly recommend this book. If you are and expert seeking to expand your knowledge or deepen it into a specific topic, you better go and look somewhere else for something else.
