Books like Zodiac Academy 4: Shadow Princess

This book is 220k words long, but it didn't feel like that AT ALL - I tore through it in a day without massively sacrificing my other commitments. Not sure how that happened. Maybe I fell into a time warp...The heroines were more irritating than they usually are in this one. I thought Tory forgave Darcy way too easily for lying to her, and Tory's stubbornness is starting to grate (but I still prefer her to Darcy). I'm most sad about the fact that I really like Caleb, and I knew I was going to get my heart broken because this is a love triangle and he wasn't going to be the winner, but it still hurts. This is why I started reading reverse harem... but anyway. I digress.The plot makes leaps and bounds of progression in this novel compared to the previous ones, though it always surprises me how little interest the twins actually seem to have in researching their Order. Like, if I were them I'd go and devour every book on it in the library, but they're just chilling. Very, very horrible cliffhanger.
