Books like Herotica: A Collection of Women's Erotic Fiction

A friend gave me this book way back in autumn 1991. She had gotten it from a friend, who possibly got it from another friend. She said she was just passing it on and hoped I'd continue the cycle. Back then I never threw away or gave away books, so I kept it after I read it. I haven't read it since then, and now I remember why. These stories are AWFUL!!! Whether the theme is lesbian, straight, sci-fi, gender bending, or what have you, they're all just cringe-inducing. There's only one I've liked so far (I'm about halfway through the book right now) and that's a story about a Native American girl who is in love with a shaman who turns out to be not what she expected. Hopefully I'll find a few better stories farther along; I don't remember what else is in here.Update: I finished the book, and there was only one other story I liked: the one about two married couples and a gay male couple. Otherwise, the stories in here were really lame.
