Consensus appears to be to list individuals alphabetically by their first name, and all band names beginning with "A", "An", or "The" should be placed alphabetically by the second word in their name.

Before you save the page, please make sure to preview the page that the article is a red link, otherwise, disambiguate it usually with (band) or (group) or if these already exist, then you can usually disambiguate it further by origin (American band) or by genre (rock band), etc.

Also, when adding a request, please include as much information as possible (such as webpages, articles, or other reference material) so editors can find and distinguish your request from an already-created article.
