Boomtown 2019, also known as Boomtown Chapter 11: A Radical City, is the 2019 production of an immersive annual five-day theatrical music festival that takes place near Winchester, Hampshire on the Matterley Estate in South Downs National Park. Boomtown Chapter 11 took place from Wednesday, 7 August, until Sunday, 11 August 2019.

Chapter 11 saw the introduction of the Relic stage, in place of the old Banghai Towers. The new stage design features giant flora as if the structure, abandoned in the canon, was being reclaimed by nature.

The area previously known as Sector 6 was also re-worked into a techno and acid house district known as Area 404 and themed as a post-apocalyptic world. The area features the Acid Leak, Fallout Disco, and SP32 stages and the previous Sector 6 stage was rebranded into Nucleus.
