Ertan is swindled by his best friend Iskender who takes all of the money that they both spent their whole life's saving. As if this was not bad enough Iskender has also left behind a large debt to a few people including a dangerous loan shark Cengiz who expects Ertan to pay. Ertan who is being threatened by the creditors knows his time is running out so he sets out to find Iskender. On the way he meets interesting characters, one of which is an old beggar, who help him to get closer to Iskender.
