Audrey Locsin (Liza Soberano) is an old-souled romantic who believes that forever is possible. Her love, Tristan Montelibano (Gerald Anderson), is a laid-back haciendero from Bacolod. However, while Tristan is in a coma, she meets and falls in love with Ethan Joseph Alfaro (Enrique Gil), an achievement-oriented young man from Manila who works for a TV company. She is now torn between the man of her dreams and the man who makes her dreams come true.
