I liked the Heroes of Olympus a lot more than Percy Jackson and the Olympians. The new cast of characters are wonderful, and I love seeing the old cast a bit more mature than when we last saw them. I figured my Greek mythology knowledge was pretty good, but I learned more about life previous to the Greek gods in this series. What's fun is that this knowledge is weaved into the background of the story. Seeing all the demigods grow into their own and work together was a lot of fun. Where as Percy/Annabeth are a minor aspect of the prequel, it's more of a major plot element in this series and I grew to adore those two together. I'd love to seem them again in another story. The only thing I really didn't like about this series was Nico. After the end of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, I was really excited to see Nico. After Nico made friends and was accepted by the camp, I expected him to be a cool character. Instead, Riordan decided to pretend like Nico hadn't been accepted or made any friends, and he became more whiny and obnoxious than he had ever been. He irritated me pretty much the entire series.

So they are going to court to try to get the confidentiality set aside. His lawyer tells him that they can win this. But when the lawyer who saw him gives him info on the ones who want to see him, he takes a peek at one and decides to go see him and not tell him he's the father. He then goes out and checks out some of his other children and doesn't tell them who he is and connects with them. His lawyer tells him it could jeopardize their case, especially since he can get a big settlement which he can use to pay back some people he borrowed from who "tell" him to pay or else.

Their contact brings them to a secret beer competition, the Beerfest", where they are offended by Baron Wolfgang von Wolfhausen and the German branch of their family that accuse their great-grandmother of being a prostitute and their grandfather of stealing an old recipe of the best beer in Germany. Jan and Todd returns to USA humiliated and decide to organize a beer team to dispute the next Beerfest. They join Landfill, Barry and Fink and train long the year to participate in the competition. When they find the lost recipe hidden in a dummy, they feel that their German relatives told the truth. But the team is ready for the tough dispute.

Regardless of that advice, he decides that the woman he truly wants is Trish, a specialty retailer with a somewhat useless bricks and mortar outlet across the street from the electronics store. As Andy pursues then eventually falls for Trish, he has to decide how much of his true self he will divulge to her.

Hank Hill, a propane gas salesman in the fictional town of Arlen, Texas, is often besieged by the idiosyncrasies of society, but finds some serenity in his home life with his wife, substitute Spanish teacher Peggy, his awkward son Bobby, and his live-in niece-in-law Luanne Platter. Adding flavor were Hank's friends, divorcé military barber Bill Dauterive, paranoid Dale Gribble (with an obsession with government conspiracy theories), and gibberish-spouting Boomhauer.
