Very young men with nightmares in their closets admittedly have a problem.   Just remembering to close the closet door before going to sleep is enough to make one not want to go to bed at all.  The determined young man in  Mercer Mayer's  new fantasy decides to take action. Barricaded and helmeted, with cannon and infantry at the ready, he faces his nemesis.  Nightmare turns out to be timid, cowardly, over-sensitive and a crybaby. In other words, hopeless. Never daunted, our hero copes with his new problem and wins the night and a somewhat unusual roommate.
