Book 6 of 2019.This is an exceptionally well-written book about morality and the changing societal attitudes towards sex and relationships at the dawn of the 1960s. It’s very funny in places and yet quite horrifying at times. The characters are all very human, which is to say, occasionally noble but often rather despicable.
