I loved this volume and the story and the way the characters were. It was so interesting the way they were able to twist beloved characters in way that you could barely recognise them! I think that was so important to the story that since these people were in hell, they had to do certain things that they just wouldn't have had to before. But in hell, there are different rules and figuring out those rules and using them to the characters advantage was awesome to read! I also really enjoyed how many different characters (from the show) that appeared throughout the whole series! It was so much fun to see them and where they ended up (obviously in, you know, hell). What I found intriguing was that some of the characters stayed the same. That is to say, their morals and what they stood for. This didn't make them boring but allowed us to be able to connect the comics with the show a little more and that was really nice to see. I always wondered how the series would have gone and where the characters would end up and am so glad that this series of comics answered this question of a long time fan! The last issue in this volume made it seem like Angel's life, although he tries to get back to how it was, will be far different to the one we are familiar with! I am definitely excited to read on and see what becomes of our favourite vampire with a soul [yes, I'm talking about Spike ;)]
